We were traveling with our two little children, so we were a bit nervous about the hike—but Frank made the entire experience smooth, safe, and incredibly enjoyable. From the moment we met him, Frank was kind, patient, and very attentive to our kids’ pace and needs. He shared wonderful stories about Kilimanjaro, the Chagga culture, and the unique plants and wildlife along the trail. His knowledge and friendly personality kept even the children engaged and excited. The Marangu Route was perfect for a family day hike—beautiful rainforest scenery, fresh mountain air, and just the right level of challenge. Frank made sure we took breaks whenever needed and encouraged us all the way to Mandara Hut, where we enjoyed a relaxed lunch and some great views. What we appreciated most was how family-friendly the whole experience felt. We never felt rushed, and Frank made us feel completely safe and cared for throughout the day. This trip was a highlight of our time in Tanzania. If you’re looking for a guide who is professional, warm, and absolutely fantastic with children, we highly recommend Frank. 5.00Our hike was really challenging for me it was so difficult but very good in the nature. Our guide Sam was so helpful for sure he took my backpack and also when it started raining he gave me and my husband raincoats many thanks for him. I got a new and good experience I will never forget.
