Jamaica Cultural tour was such a wonderful experience and a must! From the customer service, the excellent and enthusiastic tour guide, to the tour stops was nothing short of amazing! This was my second tour with Jamaica Cultural tour, and I had to come back with my friends. My 1st tour was in 2024 and it was a solo tour. I went to Port Royal, Kingston Art Deco, National Heroes Park, Devon house for ice cream, and the Bob Marley museum. The tour was so informative, fun, beautiful, safe, and kept me engaged. So when I came back to Jamaica with my friends this year (2025), I had to take them on this tour and of course they absolutely LOVED it. Jamaica Cultural tour staff/tour guides are so professional, knowledgeable and organized. What I especially liked about them is their flexibility not only with the pick up points (some of my friends stayed at different hotels), but with their ability to tailor the tour to the things we wanted to see and do. Their prices are also really great... great value for all the tour stops. I am truly thankful to Jamaica Cultural tour for allowing us to see the beauty, learn the history, and the culture of Jamaica. This for sure will not be my last tour with Jamaica Cultural tour!

2 Days in Kingston. There were 4 of us and we had visits to Trench Town, the Bob Marley Museum, Cultural wall art tour, University of Jamaica at Mona. Recording session at Tuff Gong recording studios, Lunch at Terra Nova, Devon House ice cream. Drive through Beverly Hills and the National stadium and lunch at Moby Dick restaurant downtown. The tour was arranged by Karen Hutchinson at Jamaica Cultural tours. Karen was an excellent tour guide with extensive knowledge and is highly recommended. We were very impressed with the opportunity to record our own version of a Bob Marley's "Don't worry about a thing" at the Tuff Gong The whole 2 day visit to Kingston was a totally enjoyable and a unique experience, with pick up and drop off to the Spanish Court "S"hotel, in an air conditioned people carrier. The only thing we would change was the lunch at the Moby Dick which was not especially to our liking.

Great experience! Karen was prompt, communicative and very knowledgeable about Jamaican history/culture. She adapted our tour a little for my son who was interested in music which kept him engaged :) nice mix in different areas you wouldn’t just go find on your own with the half day ending at Devon House with delicious food and ice cream. HIGHLY recommended.

It was an unexpectedly great experience and cooltour with Karen! She is very intelligent and knows all about the area as prominent local representative. We found the common ground quickly and the lot of common things in the home countries of ours. And I could right away reflect to other travels, as it looks like Jamaica has relation with not only Peru but Bolivia and Colombia too. I compared the painted streets of Caracas with Kingston's, and Kingston got the crown this time. However those are still quite far... , in some cases not only by geo distance, we always can find Unity! She could talk still for hours about each and every mural wall painting, friend of all cute dogs (part of experience to feed and pet them optionally), I almost took one home! :D Rich history and story of brave people of Jamaica we can meet at the square too. Lots of kid came to the garden at the same time, it was good to see that decent their nexf gen. looks to be, they, for sure. Then we went to Trenchtown by Marley's footsteps. It was also a highlight, a true and not at all artificial environment. ... The ice cream at Devon, I think not only top 4 on the world but definitely on the podium! For me, nr1, so far! Alltogether, I hope we can catch up again once around and maybe also to know even more by other similar tours with you, etc.

Exceptional experience with fascinating insights into Jamaican history, art and music. Our tour included the Water Lane murals, National Heroes Park, Trench Town Culture Yard museum and Devon House. Guide Karen was a wealth of knowledge, explaining the significance and context of all the fascinating sights on our exploration of uptown and downtown Kingston. It was an enriching journey through this endlessly engaging, stimulating city.

We were so lucky to choose Jamaica Cultural Tours to make the most of our time in Kingston. karen was exceptional in her helpful advice before we left the UK and was even more exceptional in person. Our first visit to Jamaica got off to a poor start when our flight from the UK was delayed by 6 hours, meaning we would arrive at Norman Manley Airport well after our scheduled meeting time. We needn't have worried. Our driver, arranged by Jamaica Cultural Tours, was there waiting to take us to the apartment. We arrived at 3am, and were scheduled to meet our driver for the city tour at 10am the same morning. At 10am on the dot, Karen, the owner of the company, met us at the apartment. The city tour started at Water Lane, in downtown Kingston, where Karen talked us through the various wall murals and their significance. She played us all the relevant types of music represented in the art. We then were taken to Heroes Park. Karen had an incredible knowledge of the heroes, and we learned so much about slavery and its origins. We had expressed an interest in going to the Culture Yard in Trench Town, so Karen had organised a tour for us. To see where Bob Marley was brought up and where he wrote some of his greatest reggae hits was a fabulous experience. We then went to Devon House for lunch and to sample some of their amazing ice cream. This was followed by a quick walk around Emancipation Park, where Karen continued to show her incredible knowledge of the city and the people. On Monday , we arranged another trip with Karen, this time up into the Blue Mountains to visit a coffee plantation and have lunch on the way back, another very informative trip. The following day, having completed our stay in Kingston, Karen drove us to our next location in Port Antonio. Karen is so much more than knowledgeable. She is lively intelligent and full of enthusiasm. She was also a very good, safe driver. We really enjoyed her company. She is a great conversationalist and we would have no hesitation in recommending Jamaica Cultural Tours if you are looking for a first-class experience during your time in and around Kingston.
