I did the cooking class with my parents, who were visiting us in Japan. It was a great experience and mum recently mentioned how it was one of her favourite activities from their visit. Ayumi is such a great teacher and the recipes she uses are really simple and easy to follow and ones I’d feel confident to cook on my own, after the class. I learnt a lot of tips and useful information.

Instructor was friendly and very well organized. She welcomed questions about the cooking and demonstrated techniques that we practiced. She also told us something of her life as well. The skills she taught will forever improve our goyza making. We were inspired by her ramen recipe as well. The food we cooked and ate was delicious.

I booked this for my mom and brother. Neither of them know much about Japan or cooking Japanese food, but they both had an amazing time! Ayumi was wonderful and made their experience really special!
