  So, the first thing to know is that sachi tours will randomly place you on an available boat within their budget. Therefore, your experience will be completely random in terms of cleanliness, crew etc. I'm pretty sure this is the same for all the 3D2N tour operators as a couple on our boat had booked a completely different and specific boat (not the one we were on!) through a different company, yet ended up with us. In all honestly, 3 days is not necessary, day 1 and 3 of the tour are basically filler. I would recommend a 1 day tour and a few extra days exploring/relaxing in LBJ. Plus, the overnight stay on the boat can be a bit dicey - we were lucky enough to get our own room because the boat was underbooked... however, the toilet did not flush. At all. For 3 days. It was also literally 3cm from the shower in a tiny space... this is not a pleasant experience when your partner gets a bad stomach.... Which brings me on to the food - the food was good, but be careful of dietary requirements. My partner is coeliac, we had an indonesian translation of what this means and examples of foods he can and can't eat. It didn't matter how many times we explained, they just didn't get it. And he certainly wasn't catered for. However, it's hard to tell whether it was the gluten which was making him ill or the prawns and chicken which we were being served on day 3... with no fridge and no sink for the kitchen staff on board.

  Thanks so much to our guide Emonjaquez and all the crew for the amazing experience. We have had a great trip with every single one onboard! We have seen amazing spots, sunsets , sunrise, Komodo’s dragons, mantas, beautiful snorkel and all the incredible things and places on this trip. Impressed once again and definitely recommended for anyone that wants to do it! Thank you all so much again! Really worthy!

  We found cockroach inside of the bedsheet and in the shower/toilet room. The boat is far from being clean and considering the price you are paying the trip it does not worth. I would advise you to stay in a hotel and to do day excursion to see the places. We were 8 persons that slept outside for 2 nights. You can not count on trip advisor or on the company for the after sales service!

  I was apprehensive about this trip. Solo female traveller not keen on boats. Overall I enjoyed it. But the constant noise of the generator was pretty annoying. The trip to see dragons was cool but sooo many people and you get literally minutes with the dragons before your moved on. The snorkeling was pretty amazing. Saw turtles and manta rays. Lot of the coral is dying though. Guides give next to no guidance. Nothing is really explained. No care is given.. no questions on if you can swim or how you should treat the environment. Plastic bottles given out each day. We lost our steering one evening, staff running all over the place. I had to share cabin with another male traveller. I did enjoy mostly.   A reliable and attentive crew, worldwide and friendly tour participants. Guided to special places that only locals can go to. It was a great experience without a doubt. Because there was little information, many of my anxieties were resolved through email exchanges. I was especially relieved that they arrived at the hotel I was staying at on time on the first day. The room on the boat was also a nice room with a balcony. I was able to see the Komodo dragon, which was the main purpose of this trip. While snorkeling, I was able to see manta rays and sea turtles, which I was told I wouldn't be able to see. I can only be grateful to the crew who knew the local area so well. There is little information about tours around Komodo National Park in Japan, but there are many tour companies in the area. When I went there, I found it to be an unexplored and attractive adventure spot in Japan! I heard that very few Japanese people come here, but the crew and tour participants were very interested in Japan and were kind and friendly to me. People who want to see the Komodo dragon.   What amazing experience. We booked the trip so smooth ,they so help full with their quick response during our chating. We did the trip. Visit stunning spots,the food,crew & guide very helpfull. This is our first stay over night on the live boat ,the boat is clean & acommodate our overnight. Thank you Sachi tour for what we got on the trip. Definitely recommended it.   First of all this a honest review, it's not in contrast with the other reviews below me. But I think me and my brother got very lucky and our experience was by far better then the people below my review. We got combined with other groups from familykomodotours. Our experience was really nice and the boat we stayed was also in good condition. Although the room was a bit small and the shower and toilet was a little bit weird. It all worked out and we had pleasant nights with good sleep. The crew was also very friendly and helpfull in all ways. They took amazing photo's and video's of us. The food was also very good and delicious. We got to see all the locations on time and even saw manta's and turtles while snorkeling :) we also got to see the komodo dragons on the island. The locations were really beautifull but some places very crowded but still nice. I really recommend to take a boat tour when you're in Labuan Bajo. Even though me and my brother got a really good experience I think we got very lucky. You have to be lucky to get a good boat thats working and clean.

  Awful experience. Our boat was the oldest one we have seen on the sea ("Santorini"if i remember well) and we arrived always the last ones on the sites as the boat was very slow compared to tohers. We had a family room at the back of the boat, between electicity generator and the motor. During the first night, the motor started to make a lot of black smog, which went to our bathroom and then into our room. We were all intoxicated including my kids 3 and 5 years old. Our noise were totally dark inside due to the engine smoke. We ended the night outside the room! We told this to the guide which took sone pictures and apologised. We said that to the travel agency in Labuan Bajo called SACHI - they did not care at all of what happened The last day, the owner of the boat decided to cancel the last excursion to a beach with snorkeling because she needed the boat earlier for other tourists. Our guide was forced to come back earlier to Labuan Bajo. When we arrived in the port, the owner came on the boat to insult the guide (in Indonesian) and she asked us to leave immediately the boat. Some people have refused, asking for some money back since one excursion was cancelled. She left without saying a word. Totally disrespectul person. It was a full riot on the boat (funny experience to some extend!) So in short: Avoid as much as possible to book with SACHI. Chose an agency which at least is concerned by the safety and health of the tourists. I have the pictures and videos of the motor smog in our room and pictures of our noise to prove what i am syaing.
