Skadar Lake National Park
Lake Skadar, a protected National Park since 1983, was formally nominated for UNESCO heritage status in 2011. As Montenegro's largest lake, it offers a stunning natural landscape rich in biodiversity and cultural history. The lake's tranquil waters, surrounded by lush mountains, are home to numerous bird species, making it a paradise for birdwatchers. 5.00Dimitrije was very prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We greatly enjoyed all 3 tours we took with him. He was very attentive and made sure to always stop at the best spots for us to take beautiful pictures. He answered all our questions and was very helpful with everything. We highly recommend Mont Travel for anyone visiting Montenegro. Thank you Dimitrije for all the great tours, restaurants recommendations and git making our stay in Montenegro memorable.

5.00If you're on the fence, take this tour or better yet, reach out to Dmitrije as I did letting him know what we were interested in seeing and let him take you on a fun, interesting and memorable day around beautiful Montenegro. A visit to Mrkan winery is a must! I can't speak highly enough for this company and our guide, we shared laughs and learned a lot, and by days end had even made some new friends. Dmitrije really knows his stuff, although, we're still not convinced we climbed 467 steps! ;-) Take this tour, you won't regret it!

5.00If you come to Montenegro you have some idea of how beautiful it is. However, this tour allowed us to see lots more - lake Skadar and the vineyard Kopitovic were properly memorable. Thanks to George, our very kind and knowledgeable tour guide and Illena and her family (so sorry for the spelling) for making such a lovely day for us. Can't recommend it highly enough.

5.00Our guide Dimitrije was punctual, attentive, professional and informed. He picked us up right on time. We visited Budva Old Town, Skadar Lake and the family-owned winery Kopitović. We appreciated the private and relaxed atmosphere on the trip. The tour through the old town was very informative and well led. The boat tour was nice but could have been longer. Hobby ornithologists should bring their own guide book ;) Our highlight was the visit at the small hidden winery surrounded by a spectacular scenery. We were welcomed by the lovely hosts offering local food and a selection from their cellars. He took us back on the scenic route which rounded off the day perfectly. All in all we can highly recommend both guide and tour!
