We will teach you how to make Michelin-starred ramen and the recipes.
We are a ramen workshop in Kyoto and the only ramen shop we operate. Musoshin Ramen has six stores around the world.
This is the only ramen workshop in Kyoto run by a ramen restaurant, and our classes have many vegetarian and vegan customers.
The ingredients for the ramen you cook are brought from the nearby Musoshin Gion store.
They are the ingredients for ramen made by the chef the day before.
We want people all over the world to eat our ramen. And we want to spread the culture of delicious ramen from here to the world.
With that thought in mind, we created Musoshin Ramen Academy.

Musoshin's Bandana
Musoshin Ramen Academy is run by Musoshin Ramen. Musoshin Ramen has three locations in Kyoto and three in Toronto. The Toronto location has been nominated for Michelin three times. On the first floor, a chef will instruct customers to make their own Michelin-starred ramen. Enjoy the delicious ramen you made yourself. Ramen can be changed to vegetarian or vegan ramen. You can paint your ramen bowl on the second floor. You can take the painted bowl home as it is, but as a free option, you can also put the bowl in a special oven to bake it, and take your original bowl home as a souvenir to use in your meals. Please come to pick up the baked bowl the next morning or later. You will receive a bandana as a souvenir. Musoshin Ramen Academy is the best experience that is unique to Japan.

Great way to learn about ramen and what goes into making every single ingredient. We enjoyed making the bowls and were able to take our bandanas home as souvenirs! The owner/chef hosted our class which a real treat. My husband, 12 year old daughter and I really enjoyed this experience. Would highly recommend.
