Godafoss Waterfall is a very popular destination in North Iceland. Located in Skjálfandafljót glacier river it cascades roughly 12 meters in the gorge below.

5.00Everything top! The tour was super organized and since we had chosen the stops in a different order than most other tours, it wasn't overcrowded anywhere. Our guides Lukas and Mattis gave us a great impression of the region. Lots of information about nature, geology, legends etc. some (live) musical interludes and even a tasty experience of Iceland. What more could you want? It was a very fun and informative day that was over far too quickly I recommend the excursion 100%!
