The Plaza Premium Lounge is located in the restricted area of the departure level of the airport. You must pass through security and immigration first prior to gaining access to the lounge; an on-going boarding pass MUST be presented by all passengers before entering the lounge.

Nestled on the majestic island district of Langkawi in the Andaman Sea, Plaza Premium Lounge Langkawi is located within the Departure Hall (outside the secured area) of the duty-free island’s airport with ease-of-access, regardless of your airline or ticket class. Depending on the time you need, choose one of three pass options: 3 hours, 6 hours or 12 hours at the lounge. 5.00Greetings As a regular patron here at the Plaza Premium Lounge Langkawi I have never felt like home. The ambiance here is very cosy and easy. Not to mention their staffs.I am a disabled person and most of the staffs would always help me I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Ms Aini for her hospitality and kindness.Ms Aini has been a jem of a staff always. I would also like to thank Mr Faris for his absolute and swift service towards me in my ordering he has also gone the extra mile to serve me as I can't walk much. They are absolutely very valuable staffs and I wish them well and acknowledge them sincerely.

2.00Big fat mouse inside the premises caused a huge scare while we were there, with the staff chasing it out. The food during lunch was cold and not tasty - bland and not well cooked. The access came complementary with the tickets but still expectations were much better.

5.00Warm welcome hospitality, just nice variety of tasty food. Maybe can add fruit juice and fresh cut fruit. For kids maybe can provide some activities like colouring paper just to keep them busy and something to offer rather than gadget.

5.00Being a vegetarian had limited options for food but to our pleasant surprise the staff here helped us with freshly made veggie fried rice and cheese toast. Lovely people best service would recommend all to come visit
