What To Expect
Get a convenient pickup service by songtaew (a passenger vehicle in Thailand) from your hotel on Koh Lanta along the main road between Saladan and Kantiang Bay. Start the course with a welcome drink and get useful cooking instructions from the Thai chef with many years of experience. Learn how to cook healthy and delicious Thai food with a practical hands-on approach to surprise your family and friends at home as a gourmet souvenir from Thailand. Two classes per day are held in a spacious teak-wood house just inland in the south of Phra Ae Beach (also known as Long Beach), and many of the vegetables and spices are sourced from an on-site organic garden. Midday and evening classes last for 4 hours. The group will collaboratively choose 4 dishes from the available selections which change for each course. The menus offer a good mix of salads, soups, stir fries, noodle dishes and curries made from hand-made pastes, plus enjoy a feast of your own making at the end of the class! All dishes can be made vegetarian per request, please let us know upon booking.

5.00It was a great experience. Transport from the hotel worked out well. After that we chose 4 dishes in the group and cooked them. Always cooked and eaten one after the other. It was just great. In addition, our cooking teacher Prim was the best... “Are you reeeeeeeady ?” , “Eaaasy Peaaasy” The ingredients almost all came from their home garden on site. Was TOP and that even though my wife cooks at home ☺️

5.00The best experience we've had in Lanta. A great warm welcome from the staff and clear explanation of the procedure. Since we were few of us (3 people), we had to experience a few dishes each. There is a little book with recipe and the teaching is very practical. Ingredient are fresh, easy to cook and you feel proud of yourself after finishing. Each dish is less than 10 min cooking, very easy to reproduce at home. We can't thank enough the chef and staff of this lovely place, and we look forward to coming back once more... And discover new recipes!
