This combined husky and reindeer package is specially designed for those who would like to get the most of Lapland in a short period of time. You will be taken to a reindeer farm and for a short visit and safari.
After visiting the reindeer, you will meet huskies and enjoy of a husky ride before heading back to Rovaniemi.

What To Expect
This combined husky and reindeer package is specially designed for those who would like to get the most of Lapland in a short period of time. First, you will be taken to a reindeer farm for a short visit and sledge safari. You will have the opportunity to pass an exam on handling a reindeer sled and even receive a special “driving license”. Take a seat in the sled- and you are off! After visiting the reindeer, you will visit the home of the wonderful huskys where you will learn all about them, hug and pet them. After a safety briefing and instructions, enjoy the excitement of riding a husky-pulled sled.

5.00My family and I had a wonderful time. The reindeer farm was the highlight for me - particularly the sleigh ride. For others in our party, the husky ride was their favourite. So everybody was happy! We were picked up and dropped off on time, and the guide was very kind and knowledgeable.

5.00We were fortunate to have a small group which made visiting the areas easy. The reindeer park was beautiful and a wonderful experience to meet and feed the reindeer and then go for a ride in the sleighs. The host was very welcoming and provided lots of information about the area for us. The husky park was great and we loved our ride in the sleigh. Petra was our host at the park and she was very welcoming and friendly. Our tour guide, Victor was wonderful, ensuring that we all had a great experience. I would highly recommend this tour.

2.00We had been warned that the walk in Rennes would not be possible. We don't know why. Yet there was plenty of fresh snow. Then the visit of the huskies very disappointing. These are the huskies from Santa’s village. Nothing typical. Two tours by unhappy dogs. It’s a shame. It's not charming. There are so many real mushers with their packs in Lapland that being in this tourist factory disappointed me.

3.00It was just ok. No reindeer rides because it is too early in the season, and I think this was common knowledge. I wish the advertising had been more accurate. The huskies were the highlight. They are the rides at the Santa village so you can do that yourself when you visit Santa. The driver/tour guide was friendly and very accommodating.

5.00Started the day at the Reindeer safari, was such a great experience being able to feed and pet reindeers and learned so much about them via engaging stories. Afterwards we went to the Husky safari and enjoyed an awesome ride with the huskies and learned more about their life and environment. Lastly, special thanks to our tour guide Victor who elevated this experience even further. Thanks, Floris and Yas

1.00We thought we were bringing our family on a magical trip of a life time...it was a total disaster. The santa was so fake my children now do not believe in him, we are heartbroken. We complained to Sunway that we did not go to the place they like to advertise. They offered money, we refused, they offered more, we refused they offered more we refused, how can money make up for our Christmas ruined with our children now not believing in the magic of Christmas, they noticed his fake beard and we didn't get to ride with reindeer. Absolute horror of a holiday!
