5.00It was wonderful. Sunrise is definitely the best time to go, as the trail gets busier and hotter later in the morning. Some athletic ability is needed to traverse the last 100m of elevation gain. We started the hike at 5 am and got to the challenging portion at 7 am. Absolutely worth it.

5.00Today I went on my second tour booked through Yanature. I was really lucky to have Henri, the best guide ever, with me again. The hike up Le Morne Brabant wasn’t exactly a walk in the park, but Henri got us safely to the top. The tour was the best thing I’ve experienced on my holiday. 5.00Great guided tour with Rowin to the top of the mountain. Very insightful on hiking techniques and local history. Rowin was also great at chatting about life and day-to-day topic of Mauritius. The hike is technically demanding but worth the effort. Recommend having good non slippery shoes and flexible shorts.

5.00We had an unforgettable time, during the hike to the summit of Morne Brabant. Theo is an excellent guide who has shared his knowledge of the history, fauna and flora of the place. Very attentive to all members of the group we had a magical time. The scenery is beautiful and the view is extraordinary at the top of Le Morne.
