We had a near perfect experience on our city bike tour! Our guide, Vivi, was absolutely excellent—her English was very good, she made everything fun, and she showed us so many different sides of the city. We loved riding through the narrow side streets and (jokingly!) risking life and limb on the busy roads. It added to the adventure and the charm of the experience. Vivi also took fantastic photos of us along the way and sent them afterward, which was such a great touch. Wonderful memories captured and shared! Overall, highly recommended. A great way to explore the city and enjoy a bit of excitement along the way!

I joined a city cycling tour in Chiang Mai today and it was a fantastic experience. The route was well planned, and easy to follow. We explored many parts of the old city and local neighborhoods that I wouldn’t have discovered on my own. The guide Vivi was super friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the history and culture of Chiang Mai in a clear and engaging way. The pace was relaxed, with enough stops for photos, water breaks, and explanations, so it never felt rushed. The bicycles were in good condition and the overall organization was very professional. This tour is a great way to experience Chiang Mai from a different perspective while staying active. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Joined the Half day city bike tour in the evening. We were the only two for this tour and enjoyed a great time, as our Guide Vivi gently and safely took us through the city. Free to ask anything about what you want to know about Chiang Mai. We are lucky to have enough time for conversation with our guide ViVi. She is kind, smart ,humorous and a professional Guide. Highly recommended for this tour!

We went on a twilight cycle tour (4pm) around the town, seeing the silver temple, and lots of other lovely hidden gems. Great tour guide. Great way to explore on our first afternoon in chiang mai. Cycling was flat. We were 1 adult & 2 teenagers. Highly recommend!

We went on this tour in the rain, with some streets flooding. Even so, it was one of the best experiences in Thailand. Our guide Vivi was terrific. She taught us a lot about Thai culture, customs, and food. We saw many areas of Chiang Mai that we would have missed otherwise. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible time with Trailhead on a guided bike tour through the streets and back alleys of Chiang Mai. Our guide, Lek, was absolutely fantastic – happy, warm and incredibly knowledgeable, also photographed our experience very well with his own SLR camera. He shared a wealth of Thai history and cultural insights along the way, making the experience both enriching and enjoyable. We started the morning with a beautiful barista-made coffee at their shop. One of the highlights was exploring a bustling local market – the kind of place you'd never find or feel confident navigating without a local guide. Lek guided us effortlessly through hidden laneways and quiet streets, avoiding main roads. His understanding of the area made it feel like we were getting a true insider’s look at the city. We also visited some of Chiang Mai’s most stunning temples, learned about the stories behind them, and enjoyed a delicious Thai meal that was all included in the experience. The bikes were comfortable – well-maintained single-speeds, which were all you needed for the flat city terrain. Even though we went over time, there was no rush or pressure, and we weren’t asked to pay anything extra – just a relaxed, generous, and well-run experience from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend it more – a perfect way to experience Chiang Mai with a thoughtful and experienced guide.

We enjoyed a refreshing coconut drink at a market and had delicious pad thai at a scenic spot — it was such a fun and fulfilling way to spend the day. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and the whole ride felt safe and enjoyable. Thank you so much for taking photos for us and helping create such wonderful memories. Highly recommended!
