The Lights of Joy Christmas Drive-Thru in Branson, Missouri packs more displays into our drive-thru than you can ever imagine: over a mile of brilliant LED light displays on both sides of the road, displays both traditional and whimsical. Santa is available on most Friday, Sat. and Sundays evenings starting at 6pm.
Located just N. of Sight and Sound Theater.
Open nightly from Nov 1st to Jan 4th, 2026 from 5pm till 11pm.

What To Expect
The Lights of Joy Christmas Light Drive-Thru offers hundreds displays that are both traditional and whimsical in a mile long plus drive thru. The Lights of Joy Christmas Drive Thru has been voted the Best of Branson Gold Award Winner 5x in a row. We remember the true meaning of Christmas with our Nativity Scene plus 8 other new themed areas. Discover Candy Canes & Poinsettias, Christmas In NY, Christmas Gardens, North Pole, Safari Christmas, 12 Days of Christmas, Penguin Holiday and our digital light tunnel. Stop in to see Santa. Santa visits Lights of Joy most every weekend on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings starting at 6pm till 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays and Sundays till 9pm. You can also visit Santa's gift shop for those fun holiday items. Santa will visit a few other nights like Thanksgiving and prior to Christmas.

2.00Was very disappointed with this display.. did not see Santa or any offering of hot chocolate check in was not friendly and did not offer any information. Was not work what we paid for this. Would have expected much better.

5.00We went on Sun. Nov. 2nd. It didn't start off great because the directions we got from the tickets was wrong; it took us to the end of the trail instead of the beginning. I did tell them once we checked in, so hopefully they got that straightened out. Once we were on our way we were very impressed with the drive thru light spectacular! Loved that they have both religious and secular light displays. The nativity was a favorite. Thought the monkey crawling across the roadway was very cute!

5.00Went on a short girls trip and stumbled on this Christmas light drive-thru. Loved the themes. Beautiful light displays. My group enjoyed it very much. Staff were pleasant and handed out Branson material for other attractions. Felt 30$ a car seemed a little high. Would do the drive-thru again.
Overall was worth what we saved but not worth the 30 bucks

2.00Very lame. Don’t waste your money. Was expecting so much more. But that’s my opinion. But Shepherd of the hills Trail of Lights was awesome.

5.00We have enjoyed the Lights of Joy in Branson for several years now. The past few years they have been changing their themes to go along with the traditional 12 days of Christmas. The cost was $30 for a family of 5. They gave us a coupon packet for other places in Branson and you can get photos taken with Mr. and Mrs. Clause if you do that sort of thing. Please be kind and turn off your lights going through the drive thru. Too many rude people blind you with their lights. It's literally a straight path thru so don't worry about it. Parking lights are ok if you're new or get nervous. Our family enjoys this year after year and I'm sure you will too. Take pictures!

1.00Not worth the $30. It's one straight mile behind a warehouse operation. No trees or bushes for lights. Very basic. They offer a second ride through for $10 which should be the original price for the quality. Go to either Shepherd of the Hills or Big Cedar for the same price.
