5.00Our guide Ecka was excellent and very passionate about Lombok and making sure we got the most out of our time there. He arranged everything so well and answered all our questions. The waterfall trip was brilliant, bring local currency for the motorbike ride there unless you choose to walk to the second waterfall which is more beautiful than the first one and worth the extra effort to go there.

3.00Had the trip on 12/29/2025, quite surprised that even booked through TripAdvisor once I was in US, still got a driver that slow in movement and barely speak English. I had pre-set my own itinerary, the driver literally dropped us off at each spot, no instructions no attention, in his own mind land guess. We had some questions with local ppl for Pura Meru admission (which should be free, looks like a tourist scam), whoever there tried to charge more cause we pay in dollars, instead of local currency; while our guider there doing nothing like it’s none of his business; the same time I saw another couple with their guider that tried to help out… Communication is bit stressful, after we had online transactions app, open AI; hard to believe language still would be the obstacle… After all, trip been finished. Won’t recommend this to others.

5.00The company are experienced eith Port cruise pickups and timetables. Lana, our wonderful driver, was ready for us, asked us our ideas and then created a lovely itinary. He was conscious of our needs too. His English was amazing! He politely listened as we sked lots of questions! We wanted a less touristy beach, to see animals in a natural environment, we saw monkeys, bisonsq, variety of birds and plant life. Rice paddies, waterfalls and sea qnd sand

5.00A great experience from the initial booking to being dropped off at the Gili Mas cruise terminal by Rifai, our driver/guide at the end of the day. Communication during the booking process from Dananjaya was outstanding. WhatsApp messages were answered quickly and changes made without any problem. We were first time visitors to Lembok and Dananjaya was able to give us a very diverse range of options for our tour. Our driver, Rifai was brilliant. Excellent English speaking which really helped in getting the most out of the trip. We went to the Gili Islands and did some snorkelling and sightseeing (boat transfer also arranged by Dananjaya) and Rifai came with us and ensured we got the best out of the day. Overall, outstanding service from start to finish 👏👏

5.00I had such a great time with Mizar! We spent the day doing everything that I wanted. Even an emergency stop at the local luggage store because my luggage broke! He was super entertaining and a great host. I highly recommend booking this service. Ask for Mizar!

3.00The driver did not seem to have a good knowledge of the attractions we were interested in but his driving was very safe. We were not satisfied with his restaurant choice for lunch so wanted to go somewhere else. He was reluctant to go to either Sengiggi or Kuta and said it was 1 hour to drive, despite having enough time to do so
