5.00Everything was perfect, the peace of mind and confidence we needed. We arrived super on time at the airport. The contact with them via WhatsApp, even with the captain, was really good. In our case, we needed the boat to get to Lombok and then a taxi to take us to the airport. The boat was very fast and the driver was excellent.

5.00I heard from the tour company, driver, and speedboat captain and they all confirmed when they would be there. We were brought from the airport to the beach where our private boat was waiting for us as promised. Photos were taken to ensure it was us. Some miscommunication about which island we were going to but it all got sorted out.

5.00While the price was high compared to options found on Gili T, I found it worth it as we had a private speedboat to Lombok instead of the public ferry, the speedboat went to a place that was less driving time to the airport than where the public ferry went, and the car was waiting for us to arrive. Communication with the speedboat captain, car driver, and tour organizer was all excellent and I was reached out to in advance. They made sure of my flight departure time and that I would get to the airport on time.

3.00Could have been better. 7 days ago I messaged Viator to arrange luggage pick up from a Hotel near Lombok airport. This was all confirmed, but on the day the driver had no knowledge. Either the original driver was replaced ( because he was meant to confirm his name) or Viator didn't pass the pickup details across to the driver. The driver gave excellent service just a lack of communication.

5.00All smooth coordination. Had great time in Gili T. They can communicate in English and the admin issues were well done. Boat was relatively new and always on time. They helped us board the boat for our small children.

5.00we recomemend this boat to everyone, the reason is that they were looking at our arrival, coordinating with our driver and hotel to make easy to find the boat. Once in the boat their treat to us was outstanding. Nice kind team. Super amables y un trayecto fantastico, la lancha estupenda , es fiable y recomendable.
