Our catamaran has a capacity of 90 people, but for the comfort of all guests on baord a maximum of 75 people is allowed per tour.
It is very spacious and comfortable with open sitting areas with sofas, some lounge beds on the deck, nets with bean bags and private inflatable pool that can be set up when the boat is stopped halfway through the trip. USB dockets available on board to charge your small devices.
Unlimited drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic are included as well as a freshly prepared snack.
From June to October you have the possibility to see turtles as the Murdeira bay is their mating place. From February to March you have the possibility to see whales. Please note that there is no guarantee to see turtles or whales.

What To Expect
Port of Palmeira
The excursion starts from Palmeira, the fishing village with colorfull and typical capeverdian houses. Palmeira is located in the north-west of the island and hosts the main port.
Murdeira
Murdeira bay is the mating place of the turtle during the summer because there the water is calm, since is protect by the coast from the left hand side and by the mountain from the right hand side. The catamaran stops at the base of "Monte Leao" that is a mountain in the shape of a sleeping lion.

5.00Fantastic trip, great value, plenty of drinks and food (described as a snap but way more generous), staff were fantatsic and a lot of fun, nor hard sell witb photographs etc. Great dancing on the way home. Highly recommend.

5.00Very satisfied with this excursion. Alina was lovely. Very nice person not counting the staff on board very kind and helpful. They gave us a great dance show (they dance very well) and everyone was able to participate. Great atmosphere, with swimming at sea or in a large inflatable pool mounted at the back of the boat, a full snaking meal from the entrance to dessert, super good. Excursion that is well worth its price. I recommend it without hesitation. Thank you again for this lovely break 🙏🙏🙏 Dalila

2.00The staff is amazing. However, the excess of people inside the boat causes incidents in which people stumble (as happened in our case). In addition, it forces people who arrive later to stay with strangers and in the shade, without the possibility of sunbathing, as if there were VIP seats. Despite everything, I reinforce that the staff was always very helpful and very important so that the trip was not a 0/10.

5.00Great half day. Very good atmosphere on the boat with snack during the stop on site and dances back with the crew. The only downside if one is needed is that when snorkelling not the least fish to contemplate.

5.00Our SODADE Lounge catamaran outing was one of the best experiences of the holiday. The catamaran is comfortable, cared for and the atmosphere is relaxed from the first moment, but what really made the difference was Alina. Being the only Italians in an international group, we were afraid of feeling a bit isolated... and instead Alina was extraordinary: caring, smiling and always careful to involve us. He explained every detail of the tour in our own language, checked us several times to make sure we were okay and made sure we enjoyed every moment without any language barrier. A discreet but fundamental presence, which made us feel really part of the crew. The rest of the experience was perfect: quiet sailing, pleasant music, stops to swim in the turquoise waters and a small drink served on board that made everything even more enjoyable. A mix of relaxation, fun and spectacular views. We absolutely recommend Lounge SODADE, especially to those looking for a catamaran excursion with a human touch and authentic attention to each guest. 5.00Superb crew and very well organised. Probably only 2 hours on the boat. 1 hour there & back and short boat trip from the harbour to the boat in a 'tender'. A few cheaper shops on the harbour worth a visit. Despite being a windy island, swimming & snorkeling was easy. Food & drinks provided. A great afternoon out. Totally recommend, enjoyed it. ( my wife, in hindsight, would recommend doing the adults only option - we went Sunday so adults only wasn't an option )
