Phi Phi Island Tour’s first glimpse of magic - Maya Bay Phi Phi Maya Bay has been a "must sightseeing location" for hordes of Thailand tourists for decades and as such, has suffered from its overuse. Thankfully the National Park prohibited from 2018 to the end of 2021, any boat from dropping anchor in the bay and alighting at the beach, to allow the gorgeous coral island treasures, wildlife and environment time to recover. 5.00This was an unforgettable experience with a skilled and friendly crew who kept everything running smoothly from start to finish. Even with less-than-perfect weather and choppy water, the views and overall atmosphere made the journey well worth it. The only drawback was the seating layout on the boat: groups of 4 facing each other left little space to stretch out, which became a bit uncomfortable during longer rides.

5.00Joseph, Ed, and Capt. Film were great hosts for this early day trip. Pick up was prompt with comfortable transportation. A light breakfast was provided along with snacks fruit and beverages throughout the day. The small group was fine for me as a solo traveler. Be warned the boat ride against the current was quite an experience but manageable. The stops were well times with the early departure. Swimming and snorkeling were tops. Unseasonably rainy November 2025 but even overcast the trip was worth it. Highly recommended as long as you’re not a late sleeper.

5.00We were picked up at 5am in a VIP minibus, and from there everything ran perfectly. This early-morning Phi Phi Island tour avoids the crowds and feels calm from start to finish. Sara and her crew were incredible, warm, organised and attentive. With a small group (16), a fast comfortable boat, iconic stops like Maya Bay and Pileh Lagoon, two great snorkeling spots, and delicious meals, it was a smooth, unforgettable way to experience the Phi Phi Islands. 5.00Very early start but worth it to beat the crowds. Light breakfast provided on arrival before boarding which was a nice touch given none of us had time for breakfast before the trip. Unfortunately the weather was not in our favour; it rained from start to finish. However, the team did excellent to keep our spirits up and altered the schedule to best suit the day. They provided us with rain ponchos which was much appreciated. The beaches were beautiful and the water was lovely and warm; we still managed to swim and snorkel! Onboard the team provided refreshments at various stages which again was a nice touch. The group was small so we were able to chat; some of the other boats had double the number of people and looked quite crowded. On arrival back to shore we were provided with coffee/tea and a lovely lunch of traditional Thai food (which warmed us up!) and we were provided with dry blankets to help warm us. Overall it was a great morning, even if the weather wasn’t on our side. Hotel pick up and drop off was worth taking advantage of as I’d never have managed to make it to the meeting point travelling alone. Well down team - thank you

5.00Before booking, I wasn’t too sure what this difference was between this and some of the cheaper options. I decided to trust the great reviews and find out why and I’m so glad I did. The way the trip was organised to arrive places early and all of the stops made this the experience that you travel to Thailand to have. Noi was a superb host, entertaining, great energy and always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves (as were the crew) while also giving us space to relax. This was easily the highlight of my trip to Thailand. If you are trying to decide between this option and one of the cheaper ones, trust the reviews. There is a reason they are so good, I’m glad I got to find out why.

5.00The overall experience was exceptional. Our tour guide, Mr. Patrick, along with his team on Yacht Simba 07, were absolutely remarkable—professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly. They ensured complete safety, maintained excellent coordination and organization throughout the trip, and created a comfortable environment for all participants, especially women, who felt relaxed and secure at all times. Their professionalism was evident as they efficiently managed the schedule, ensuring we visited all planned locations while avoiding overcrowded spots. It was truly a 10/10 experience, and I highly recommend Simba Trips Phuket to anyone visiting.

5.00We booked this trip in March hoping that the weather would cooperate and it did. While overcast for part of the trip, the sun came out for our leisurely last stop at the private island for the last hour of our trip. The fact that we were picked up and delivered to our hotel was very convenient. The crew were fabulous with lots of dialogue about where we would go, what we would see, the activity’s planned and the time we would spend at each location. The baby sharks off the beach at Maya Bay were a special treat along with the fine sand beach and the snacks/water/fruit provided while there. At monkey beach we actually saw 1 monkey on the rocks so a bonus. The 2 snorkeling stops were great with many fish and other marine animals to view. My favorite was the giant clam “babies” with purple lips. No monstrous ones but maybe in 20 years…who knows. The boats were fast so we were able to get to the planned sites relatively quickly. Fruit, non alcoholic drinks, snacks and cookies were provided on shore and while between stops. There was also a beautiful buffet long waiting for us when we returned to base. The fellow who kept us up to date constantly during the trip, and I’m embarrassed that I cant recall his name, was very energetic and always on hand to explain everything even if we hadn’t asked LOL We really appreciated his enthusiasm and easy manner. All in all a great trip if the weather cooperates. We highly recommend this experience.
