Lady Bellaïs is a one of a kind ship on Bonaire, you won't find a more beautiful and spacious ship on the island. The ship holds up to 114 people but on trips it only takes 60-70 people so it doesn't get crowded.
It is a family owned business that take pride out of there work.
The crew that is working on the ship are natives and have together more then 40 years experience.
There are always at lease two guides in the water to help and support you, there is attention for the beginning snorkelers or less confident.
It's also a fun trip for people that don't want to snorkel, the sightseeing is amazing and the crew has lots of stories to tell.
You'll not only be snorkeling and see the underwater-world but you also get to see a part of the beautiful coastline of Bonaire.
We have a real bar on board where we will be serving you al kind of beverages that you can enjoy on our top deck, below deck or even on the nets over at the bow of the boat, also we have two separate bathrooms on board.

What To Expect
You'll be sailing on a spacious traditional build wooden schooner! On cruise ship days our trip is going to take you to a beautiful snorkeling spot on the north side of the island. While sailing to the mooring spot you can enjoy the breathtaking views that Bonaire has to offer from one of our two decks and we will be serving you refreshing drinks from our open bar. Once we moored we will give you instructions and provide you the snorkel gear. For the ones that need it there are floating devices. You'll get the chance to snorkel/swim above an amazing coral reef with your favorite sea creatures, think about Angelfish, Parrotfish, Rays, Trumpetfish, Blue Tangs, Trunkfish, Damselfish and a big chance to see Turtles or even Dolphins passing by. For the ones that are not going to snorkel/swim, we have a real bar on board where we will serve you soft drinks, mixed drinks, juices and some beer-and wines. After all the water fun we will serve you delicious local meal prepared by the captain and his wife. After that there is time for some more fun. Enjoy on your way back to the cruise ship some of the greatest hits that will make you dance from bow to stern. Creating lifetime memories!

5.00We took a cruise with our kids and parents and booked this outside of the cruiseline. This was by far the group favorite for this trip (12 of us in total). Crew was super fun and welcoming. Bar was open the whole time from start to finish. They took pictures they offered for sale for about $50 for your whole group, but they aren't pushy about it at all. The lunch provided was LOVED by all of our kids. We have 6 and they are various degrees of picky. I was really surprised they all liked it and wanted more. I wouldn't recommend this for kids under 12, unless they're a strong swimmer. Our younger kids didn't do so well with the snorkeling part, but they haven't been in the open ocean and that freaked them out a bit. No fault at all of the outfit running it. Price was super reasonable for what all was included. Snorkeling time totaled about an hour and was absolutely stunning. It was easy to book and they provided transportation to and from the cruise port. They're a newer outfit and have been doing this for only a few years, but we'd have never guessed that had they not told us. Super impressed. The boat was full, but not packed. Plenty of seating and room to move about. They also have small bathrooms on board. We all had a blast.

5.00An excursion we will talk about for years. The crew was fantastic. The local lunch was delicious. The bar was open. The instructions to dumb tourists, who may have never snorkeled before, were clear and easily understandable. The swinging rope was swinging. The crew's attention to tourist safety was topnotch (I saw an elderly man in distress. Instantly, two of Lady's crew dived into action {no pun intended}. The distressed man was swum back to the lady and help aboard, safely and without judgement. After 'all aboard', the vibe tuned to party as we returned to the marina. Except for the distressed swimmer, which turned out fine, it couldn't have been a better day.

5.00We enjoyed the Lady Bellais. Fun trip with great crew. Great way to see some of the island, snorkel, and learn a little history. Homemade lunch by the Captain’s wife was delicious. Crew was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend.

5.00Super cool experience! The boat they had us on was very comfortable, plenty of space for everyone to sit down and even lay down. The guide gave us lots of information about the local area, including history about the town. The snorkeling itself was amazing, the crew made sure we were in the perfect location! While we were snorkeling, there was a photographer with us in the water from whom we could purchase photos from. Freshly cooked chicken stew was provided to us, along with unlimited complimentary drinks. There was even a rope swing that we could swing off the ship with! Overall, super cool experience, would definitely recommend!

5.00I go on a snorkel boat every year when I am in Bonaire and the Lady Bellais was by far the most fun. We were a family group; ages 12-84 and everyone was excited by the experience. Lady Bellais is a beautiful wood boat, only a couple of years old and in fantastic condition. Lots of shade area as well as sun at the bow and on the upper deck (bathrooms below). There were several groups but as the boat is large, we were not overcroweded. Snorkeling gear and life vests as needed were provided and were excellent quality. The crew made the trip memorable by providing excellent service (full bar open at all times with beer, juices, water and punch as well as a delicious lunch after snorkel time). Our experience "host" gave clear and full instructions for entry and exit of boat and snorkeling instruction as well as acting as a life guard if needed. The final suprise was a a rope swing that all of the kids and a few of the adults used. Great memories for the whole family. (There was also a photographer who took optional-buy photos of people and aquatic life).

5.00We booked this last minute while we were on a Princess Cruise. It was a short walk out of the cruise port and then we rode a school bus to the marina where the boat was docked. We had a great time- snorkeling was good although it was very windy, lunch was amazing, and we all enjoyed it! Drinks and lunch were provided as well as snorkeling gear.

5.00Perfect boat, perfect crew and a great time. Would do this again in a heartbeat! We were in Bonaire on a one-day stop off the Celebrity Silhouette. Bonaire is really nice so we will need to come back and spend more time but will definitely include the Lady Bellais in our plans. Thanks Senna and team!
