Lady Bellaïs is a one of a kind ship on Bonaire, you won't find a more beautiful and spacious ship on the island. The ship holds up to 114 people but on trips it only takes 60-70 people so it doesn't get crowded.
It is a family owned business that take pride out of there work.
The crew that is working on the ship are natives and have together more then 40 years experience.
There are always at lease two guides in the water to help and support you, there is attention for the beginning snorkelers or less confident.
It's also a fun trip for people that don't want to snorkel, the sightseeing is amazing and the crew has lots of stories to tell.
You'll not only be snorkeling and see the underwater-world but you also get to see a part of the beautiful coastline of Bonaire.
We have a real bar on board where we will be serving you al kind of beverages that you can enjoy on our top deck, below deck or even on the nets over at the bow of the boat, also we have two separate bathrooms on board.

What To Expect
You'll be sailing on a spacious traditional build wooden schooner! On cruise ship days our trip is going to take you to a beautiful snorkeling spot on the north side of the island. While sailing to the mooring spot you can enjoy the breathtaking views that Bonaire has to offer from one of our two decks and we will be serving you refreshing drinks from our open bar. Once we moored we will give you instructions and provide you the snorkel gear. For the ones that need it there are floating devices. You'll get the chance to snorkel/swim above an amazing coral reef with your favorite sea creatures, think about Angelfish, Parrotfish, Rays, Trumpetfish, Blue Tangs, Trunkfish, Damselfish and a big chance to see Turtles or even Dolphins passing by. For the ones that are not going to snorkel/swim, we have a real bar on board where we will serve you soft drinks, mixed drinks, juices and some beer-and wines. After all the water fun we will serve you delicious local meal prepared by the captain and his wife. After that there is time for some more fun. Enjoy on your way back to the cruise ship some of the greatest hits that will make you dance from bow to stern. Creating lifetime memories!

5.00This is a must do at Bonaire. The folks here treat you like family and are very conscious of safety as well. An almost new spotless vessel with plenty of shelter from the blistering sun. Flo, Senna and Captain Leo were totally focused on us having a safe and fun time. And the home made food was a pleasantly welcome change from ship food ( excellent ). Libations were carefully made as well. Sad we have to move along … but …. Until next time. A++

5.00This was our 2nd trip on the Lady Bellais! We couldn't wait to come back. We visited via cruise port and they were easy to find. Short bus ride to the marina and off we go. Got a nice chill sail past our ship then turned around to head to the snorkeling spot. Along the way they gave us info and history on the island. Instructions and tips were given on snorkeling, then we were free to get in the water. There were many varieties of ocean life all around. Saw a turtle and an octopus, among many fish! There was a photographer swimming around getting great photos of the fish and yourself as you float around and explore. (There was an additional price if you wanted the photos). Lunch was fabulous. Drinks were great. We loved the rope swing. Im sure we will be back for a 3rd time!

5.00We had an Amazing time on the schooner with wonderful hosts. They shared such a fun experience. It was very easy to find the check in point for their company. We boarded a bus and headed to the ship-about a ten min ride. We then boarded the ship and headed out. We were given our snorkeling gear on the ship and had a chance to snorkel in deep and shallow waters. They had a photographer that took pictures on the boat and in the water. Once we snorkeled for about an hour we were served an amazing local lunch in which we had to get the recipe. After lunch we jumped in the beautiful warm Caribbean from the trapeze rope swing as many times as we wanted. We then headed to the top deck to take in the breath taking views while soaking up the sun. An open bar was also included. There are two bathrooms on board as well.

5.00Such a great experience! This was most of our parties favorite excursion of the entire cruise trip. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they served a meal made by the captain's wife that was fantastic!! I normally hate cole slaw, but the stuff they made was delicious. They had tons of free/complimentary alcohol of all kinds, that was unlimited, and even encouraged us to take a couple on the way out. We left around 8:30am and came back around 12:30pm. The snorkeling was great, we saw turtles and a stingray and a plethora of fish, they also had an underwater photographer in the water with us taking pictures. Senna gave a good explanation of snorkeling for those of us who had never gone snorkeling before. I feel like they gave us plenty of time to snorkel to our hearts content and didn't feel rushed to try and see it all. They did a good job of explaining the safety concerns for our area of snorkeling. The rope swing was amazingly fun!! Ask Senna to show you his backflip, he'll even help explain how to try one yourself :) The crew all had a good humor that made the trip very enjoyable. We would recommend this excursion to everyone without any hesitation and if we found ourselves in Bonaire again it would be the first excursion we book. The pictures were extremely well priced, our group had 6 people and it was only 10 dollars a person for copies of the pictures.
This was more than awesome and amazing. The crew were fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, professionally and very personable.

5.00This is the tour you want on Bonaire. It was a beautiful boat ride to a great snorkeling spot with such a fantastic crew. All of the crew were completely invested in all of us having a great time and that we did. The lunch (prepared by our captain’s wife) was so delicious and the drinks were plentiful. I would definitely book this tour again when I return to Bonaire.

5.00If we could give this more than five stars, we would!!! What a fun day from start to finish. The crew is fantastic, It’s a family run business and very fair price. The lunch was fabulous. We want the recipe for it all, especially the coleslaw!! The captain‘s wife made the whole lunch for everybody on the tour . Open bar, The schooner is fabulous fun. I really just can’t say enough, they met us right outside the cruise terminal few steps, took us by Air Conditioning bus to the schooner. And brought us back!! I wish I could remember all their names, but thanks Captain Nemo, and his crew for the memories.
