You’ll leave with a selection of beautifully baked macarons and the confidence to recreate them at home.

What To Expect
Your tutor will take you through step by step to make a batch of French macarons. Skills and techniques include whisking egg whites, making a sugar syrup, making an Italian meringue, macaronage, croutage, adapting recipes, baking, piping, and storage. You will leave with 24 sandwiched macarons.
