The entrance ticket to Machu Picchu is non-refundable and changes or date modifications are not accepted. If you need to change the date of your visit, you will need to purchase a new entrance ticket.

Due to the high demand and limited access to the citadel, PERUADTOUR will issue your ticket on trails 2 the most visited with priority. If not available, trail 1, 3 or 4 will be provided, after coordination with the passenger before issuance.
