5.00It’s the first thing we did when we arrived into the city and it definitely did not disappoint! Our driver was brilliant - chatty, confident and very knowledgeable. He took us to places we wouldn’t have had a chance to see on our short 2 night trip and stopped a few times for photo opportunities. Well worth the money to get your bearings and an idea of how lovely this city really is.

5.00Overall, I highly recommend this experience. Our guide was very knowledgeable. I was deciding between the bus tour and the tour and it was the best decision I ever made going with this tour. We skipped a lot of traffic and got to stop at some sites to even take pictures.

5.00Haitam is an articulate and interesting person and has a great knowledge of Madrid. He speaks very clearly and contacted me the morning of the tour to confirm the details. I was the only booking for that time but instead of cancelling or changing the time I was given my own private tour which was extremely interesting. Also at the end of the tour was happy to drop me off at the Palace rather than the pickup point

5.00I would definitely recommend this for first comers. It helps to be able to get an overview of the city and what you might want to do around town. There is so much history! We loved our Tuk-Tuk driver as well!
