Makkah is a city in the Hejazi region of Saudi Arabia. The city is located 70 km inland from Jeddah, 340 kilometers south of Medina. It is the birthplace of our Profit Muhammad (PBUH). Makkah is home to the Kaaba, one of Islam's holiest sites and the direction of Muslim prayer, and thus Makkah is regarded as the holiest city in Islam. In this 3 hours tour we will cover all the Holy places of Makkah as Masji-e-Nimra , Mina , Muzdalfa , arfaat , Jamarat , Jabl-e-Rahmat, Masjid-e- Jinn, Masjid-e- Shajar, Masjid-e-Qamar, Jannat-al-Moulla, Jabl-e-Noor (ghar-e-hira), Jabl-e-Sour (ghar-e-sour) and Canal Sakeena.

Total Time 02:30 HRS to 03:00 HRS Maximum. Extra time will be charged cash 50 SAR per hour sedan and 100 SAR per hour for SUV and 150 SAR per hour for Hi-Ace and Coaster.

The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions

Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

Kaaba

Pilgrimage to a holy site is a core principle of almost all faiths. The Kaaba, meaning cube in Arabic, is a square building elegantly draped in a silk and cotton veil. Located in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, it is the holiest shrine in Islam. In Islam, Muslims pray five times a day and after 624 CE, these prayers were directed towards Mecca and the Kaaba rather than Jerusalem; this direction—or qibla in Arabic—is marked in all mosques and enables the faithful to know in which direction they should pray. The Qur‘an established the direction of prayer. All Muslims aspire to undertake the hajj, or the annual pilgrimage, to the Kaaba once in their lives if they are able. Prayer five times a day and the hajj are two of the five pillars of Islam, the most fundamental principles of the faith.

They are the worst company, nobody showed up and they have ruined our last day. They just stopped answering the phone and because of their irresponsibility we left Makkah without seeing the Holly places. Please stay away from them.

It's not worth it. You will probably be better off with an Uber or taxi. The guide barely spoke english. With lots of effort he utters a few words. So basically you will get a driver, not a guide.

Overall it was a waste of money, The driver/Guide was booked for 3.30pm he arrived 4.30pm. No apology blaming the world instead of him being lazy. Because we set at 4.30pm it got dark early and the latter part of the tour was in the night. The worst thing about the whole experience was this app. There are no way or contacting them to ask where the driver is or complain. I recommend to never use this app as using hotel or local tour agents (available everywhere) are cheaper and at least you have a point of contact. This app is awful and I plead to everyone use it at your own peril
