Alongside gourmet food and premium wine tastings, the tour features a unique Blind Tasting Experience, guiding you through flavours, textures, and aromas of three distinct wines in three steps.

1. Dissection Tutorial: A short tutorial on how to dissect wine professionally, led by your knowledgeable guide.

2. Make Your Own Tasting Notes: Utilising your new skills, make your own tasting notes with a supplied Tasting Structure.

3. Test Your Knowledge: Identify the mystery wine, before a paired gourmet lunch.

Gabriel Chocolate

Gabriel Chocolate specialises in single-origin chocolate. At its Wilyabrup location, visitors can taste a range of flavours, from creamy milk, to intense 99% darks. A morning coffee is also available from their local cafe.

Look over the South-West’s rugged cliffs, turquoise waves crashing against the rocky shore, and surfers catching breaks in the distance. Thoroughly enjoyed this tour, very informative, great wine and variety of food. Throughly recommend this tour to all that want an informed and fun experience of the Margaret River region. Congratulations to Jeremy, a local Margaret River lad, the owner operator of this new Australian Business.

We had a great time going out to some local wineries, a chocolate store and brewery. After the first stop everyone on the bus became acquainted with each other and that made the experience more enjoyable. The vineyards were beautiful, the first winemaker we met was fantastic and everyone had a lovely time with her. We had a friendly tour guide, a nice variety of pizzas for lunch and at each stop we had some time to browse and purchase goodies. We’ve already told some other travellers about our experience and they’re looking into booking while they’re here

A fantastic way to visit boutique wineries, learn about wine and wine tasting. Add learning and sampling chocolate, a gourmet lunch! And so much more. Jeremy is a knowledgeable and local tour guide, who genuinely enjoys sharing his knowledge. Waves of Wine is the tour I would recommend to anyone in the Margaret river area.

Thoroughly enjoyed the day that was well organised and informative. Jeremy, our guide was excellent, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and made the day fun. The small group made the day more intimate and visiting the chocolate company and brewery was a nice addition to the tour. Great choice of food and wine and they catered for our gluten free diets. Our gourmet pizza and salad was yummy. Thank you for a wonderful day. I highly recommend this wine tour.

Jeremy was a wonderful guide - even though we had little prior knowledge of wine making and tasting techniques we never once felt uncomfortable and Jeremy's enthusiasm for his subject was infectious. This was one of our favourite experiences of our holiday.
