Minimum age to access to hidden beach is 10 years old with an adult on the same group. (Must bring ID of minor and adult)
People under any influence of alcohol or any drug are not permitted
Max age to access to hidden beach is 65 years old (Must bring ID)
The snorkeling tour is for ages 6-70 years old (In this case we recommend private family tour)
If you are traveling by cruise please be sure to ask for the arrival time in central time.
Pregnant travelers are NOT allowed in our tours due to safety of mother and baby.
What To Expect
Marietas Islands
We depart from Marina Vallarta around 9:00 AM. Just 10 minutes into the journey, we reach the mouth of the Ameca River, a scenic spot that’s also a great place to spot dolphins enjoying their morning meal. About an hour into the trip, we arrive at the islands. During the winter months, the journey itself becomes part of the adventure, as the ocean often offers incredible wildlife sightings — including dolphins, sea turtles, manta rays, and even whales. Once we reach the islands, we’ll provide you with snorkel gear and life jackets. Our team will guide you on how to properly use the equipment and share tips to improve your in-water skills, ensuring a fun and safe snorkeling experience.

1.00Horrible experience and very disappointed with this company. DO NOT pick this experience in VIATOR. The people here do not work with you and your concerns. I tried to reach out to them thru message and they never replied to me. Once I got to the place I asked them my concern even though I booked my experience and they couldn’t give me a straight answer keep giving the run about. Once I said I don’t feel comfortable with this I want my money back. They decided that I should call VIATOR. I told Viator my issues and concerns with this experience and how at this point I don’t feel comfortable as the people there made me feel that if the boat goes down well that’s just life. Viator call them to get them process my refund and they declined. Keeping my money and they even charged me extra $10 for a band that they put on my hand. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

5.00Incredible experience from start to finish. Our guide was not only super friendly and easygoing, but genuinely extremely knowledgeable you could definitely tell they really cared about the ocean and making sure everyone had a great time. They explained everything clearly, pointed out things we definitely would’ve missed on our own, and made the whole tour feel both fun and safe.

5.00This is a professional trip. Top notch equipment and nice office. Carlos our guide is very knowledgeable about all the wildlife we saw, dolphins, fish and Boobie birds! Nice snorkel time. Fresh Kaiser sandwich and apple was plenty for lunch in the boat. Just a great, safety first adventure!

1.00They make it seem like the Hidden Beach activity is included in the price, but it's an extra 600MXP... For the price, it's definitely not worth it. 2hr total ride for a disappointing snorkeling experience (foggy water, barely any fish). And top it all off, a little sandwich with a banana... Staff is extremely friendly, but the experience itself is definitely a no-no
