Welcome to my cooking class, you will have a memorable and wonderful personal cooking experience.
I have written a general itinerary of what we are going to do. Please take a minute to read it.
We will meet next to the local pharmacy near my home, to facilitate the meeting point for you.
We wil go together to buy ingredients from local market (optional)
I'll start my cooking class teaching you how to make traditional Egyptian welcoming drink.
I will walk you through the cooking process step by step and teach you my personal cooking technique and my unique selection of herbs and spices to create the most authentic Egyptian meals you have ever tasted.

What To Expect
Egyptian food and culture is quite under represented in the Egypt . And going to trip to Cairo may not sound very easy . But you can experience Egyptian culture by coming to my home in the heart of Cairo in my kitchen. I will show you how to cook Egyptian and will also make you familiar with the culture background of the food you are learning to cook . You can participate in cooking hands -on or can you sit back at my bar table and watch me prepare . While we cook and eat together when the cooking finish you be served the meal at my dining table . I will give you the written recipes of the dishes to take home with. If you want visit market to bring the ingredients together please let me know

First we went around the market, then back to the kitchen to cook it all up. It was an afternoon of fun, cooking and chatting and it made out trip perfect! Thank you so much!

5.00So worth it, like genuinely one of the best things we did in Egypt. Sameh and Roza were so kind, so welcoming, extremely funny and made us feel immediately at home. Would absolutely recommend walking through the market with them. Closest I think you can get to life without living there. 10/10 experience.

5.00We had such a wonderful time! Mohammed and his team were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout the entire experience. We learned how to make several delicious Egyptian dishes (falafel, molokhia, moussaka, and mahshi) and loved every moment of it. A special shoutout to the talented lady who led most of the cooking (I’m so sorry I’ve forgotten her name!). She made the class engaging, hands-on, and so much fun. The meal we enjoyed at the end was the best we had during our entire trip, and we still find ourselves thinking about it! We left with full hearts, full stomachs, and a deeper appreciation for Egyptian culture. Highly recommend this class to anyone visiting!

5.00We were warmly welcomed and started together with our host on a little walk through the market. There we bought all the ingredients for the upcoming meal. Afterwards we went by TukTuk to the apartment, where everything was already lovingly prepared. Then the cooking began: The menu included delicious falafel. The majority was prepared by our host’s family – we were allowed to help out a little, but we mostly watched and got a lot of exciting information about the ingredients and the preparation. The food was a real highlight: It tasted wonderful and we felt completely comfortable. A great experience we can highly recommend!

5.00What a great way for my daughter and I to end our 2 weeks in Egypt! The market was fun and food was good but the best part was the hospitality and time sharing stories with a wonderful family. Yasmine and Aylin were so fun to cook and laugh with, even with the language barrier. Thank you so much for the great evening.

5.00This was such an amazing evening. Sameh took us to a very local market and afterwards we cooked a super tasty local meal with his mom! They were both super friendly and talkative. I highly recommend this food course if you’re looking for an authentic experience and to see what life is like for Egyptians.
