  We had a fantastic evening at Nicolas’s masterclass in cocktail making. Nicolas was very professional and guided us through creating both classic and signature cocktails in his charming and cosy bar in Nice’s old town. Nicolas’s great sense of humour and engaging personality made the evening very special - he immediately put everyone at ease and built a friendly rapport with our son, for whom this experience was a surprise gift. One cocktail that stood out for us was Le Bouchon de Lyon — anyone who’s ever driven through Lyon will smile at the reference to its legendary traffic jams! It was creative, delicious, and memorable — just like the rest of the evening. We couldn’t recommend this experience highly enough. Thank you, Nicolas, for such a wonderful time.

  We had an amazing time! The communication was easy and the owner was very cool, chill and organized. (We arrived way too early and he handled it perfectly.) We learned a lot about different drinks and had the most fun. The signature cocktails were our favorite. It was a unique experience and we would do it again every time!

  I planned the event as a surprise for my partner because he is really hard to give away. But what can I say – we had a lot of fun! An hour and a half all to ourselves, in a really special atmosphere. We have learned a great deal about the world of drinks, including exciting information about the ingredients and production methods. The boss was super cool and funny – we had a lot of fun with him! And what was also super casual: He even makes certain ingredients himself. The drinks were just incredibly delicious! I can heartily recommend the event and would definitely go again – maybe next time with friends. Well done!
