Edgar is an AMAZING tour guide. He is knowledgeable, warm-hearted, funny, attentive to details as he shares about the origins of drinks, and he is so much fun!! 🤩 I really enjoyed learning so much I didn’t know about the history of Mexico and Mexican drinks. The sequence of the flavors in the tacos, the variety of types of venues - absolutely superb. I would definitely do this tour again with another group of friends and family. Edgar also made sure that everyone could participate, even when they do not drink alcohol. I’m one of those people. Every stop along the tour was memorable. I particularly enjoyed walking down the street and being immersed in life of the city for that moment.
Amazing time we had, we really felt like we discover the real Mexican culture with a friendly local !

Sylvia was an amazing teacher! We loved learning about the history of Mezcal and the history of Mexico & Agave. We learned so much. The ambiance and space was amazing! We will be coming back!

This was an amazing tasting experience! I am a Whiskey enthusiast that enjoys tequila from time to time and this was great. The tasting was an all artisan tequila line up which was a really refreshing change from all of the mass produced well tequila you see everywhere else. Originally I wanted to go to some distilleries but was not able to book a tour in time but after this experience I don’t feel like I missed out on anything. If you go Ask for Silvia she was really amazing! She was super knowledgeable and entertaining while guiding us through the tequila tasting. The staff was amazing and had great service. They answered all of our crazy questions and showed us all of the other agave spirits that there are. 11/10 must go.

Our host/instructor/mezcal professor, Sylvia, was fun, energetic and incredibly knowledgeable about everything mezcal. She’s someone you want to drink with. We were greeted with a delicious welcome cocktail and then were guided us through four mezcal tastings. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to learn more about Tequila or Mezcal.
