  Never go there!!!! It was the worst zipline experience I’ve ever had. We chose the long zipline, and I was hit so hard by the stopper that I genuinely thought I’d lost half of my head. I ended up with terrible abrasions on my neck, my ear is swollen, and I suffered serious injuries. And they didn’t even want to refund the full amount or pay any compensation so that I could see a doctor😭😭😭

  The zip line experience itself was amazing but felt rushed. The reason I gave this a 3 is because at the time of making the booking half hour slots up to 5:30 were available. I booked a 5:00 pm zip lining slot. When we got there at 4:45 we were told that we should have been there by 4 because it starts to get dark by 5:30 and the whole activity takes about 45 minutes. Therefore, although the staff were friendly, the whole experience was rushed as we were quickly moved from one zip line to the next - it was also too dark for photography so no photos were taken. That was a bit disappointing. It should have been communicated to me when booking to arrive by 4 latest to get the best experience. If 5:00 is too late, that slot should not even be made available when booking.

  Great experience when you take the package with quad biking, zip lining, suspension bridge and karts. You are under the pans for half a day (advice: be there around 10 - 10.30 am, then it is still quiet). You will be taken from activity to activity, the guidance is excellent. A nice trip with Guide on the quad through the various landscapes on the site, the Guide took pictures with our devices! We have done zip-lining before so this was not new, except for the landscape variant. That's a fun experience! The other zip-lines are also nice, but a little shorter (we thought). The 'nepalese bridge' is doable, also with a fear of heights (according to daughter) and yet also fun. Finally, the descent with go-kart is especially funny, try to brake as little as possible and that goes quite fast (but therefore also passes quickly). In short, although not cheap definitely recommended! On the site is also a piece of earth exposed as in 7 colors, slightly less big but the same impression if you can not go to Chamarel separately.
