5.00Very satisfied. Two drivers, one in Medellin and another in Guatape (on the following day) arrived on time. The rides between Medellin and Guatape were comfortabe. The transport company representative timely responded to questions we had about arranging our transport back to Medellin and was able to accommodate a somewhat late scheduling change request on our end.

5.00We used Gran Colombia Tours for a transfer from El Poblado in Medellin to Guatape and then from Guatape to the airport. Both drivers were on time and had clean vehicles. Traffic was really hectic heading to Guatape on a holiday weekend but, Martin handled it like a pro. Both drivers checked in with me over WhatsApp the day before to confirm the details. Highly recommend
