We had a driver who was friendly, knowledgeable, and represented the Native American culture prevalent in Juneau. The bus was new, clean, on-time, and dropped us off near the Visitor Center which was critical for us because we are 80 and 90 year olds. Beware, some tour operators leave you off about a mile away and you have to walk. The amount of time was perfect to look at the Visitor Center which is very well done. There are no snacks or beverages at the Center due to not wanting to attract bears. We were lucky to get a day without rain which made the walk to the falls enjoyable. We saw one eagle and no bears.

This was a great tour. We were picked up at the port and driven to the glacier in a very nice coach. The guide was very informative on the ride over. Once there we were free to explore on our own. It was very easy to navigate. The amount of time allotted was perfect. I highly recommend this tour.

The hike (easy) to Nugget Falls was beautiful, well worth the effort. The view of the glacier was spectacular. And the cherry on top was our extraordinary bus driver who was also a funny and entertaining tour guide along the way.

Our tour guide who brought us to and from the glacier was so great! He talked about Juneau, the glacier, his own Tlingit background, the salmon. He was funny, kind, knowledgeable and told some great jokes. He even prepared us for the picturesque McDonalds drivethu that Juneau has and made sure we had our cameras up and ready! We even learned that all the fish from mcfish sandwiches from are Alaskan fish! The glacier itself was gorgeous and it was an easy walk to and from the drop off to all the photo lookout points. Overall it was a great time.
