Explore the pristine Northern coast of Ambergris Caye, with amazing blue waters and beautiful views along the way. While we start our morning sail, we serve you fresh fruit and homemade Belizean meat-pies. In the end of 2015 Mexico Rocks became a part of the Hol Chan Marine Reserve, to protect its rich marine life and precious corals. We do our first stop for snorkeling there and then continue to our favorite spot - a shallow area close by the reef, that is just like a natural pool (great for non-swimmers as well)! Here we make a break to relax in the shallow warm water, while the crew prepares our famous Belizean buffet on-board. Traditional dishes like stewed chicken and rice and beans with our Captain’s secret recipe BBQ fish! After lunch we return South doing a second snorkel stop at Tres Cocos. Open bar with local rum, vodka, gin, soft drinks and juices is included. Try the specials, rum punch and "panty rippers"!

What To Expect
Pick up is not included. We depart from the Palapa Bar dock, and we meet there 15 minutes before departure. Then the ride to Mexico Rocks takes 1 h 15 min, while you lay down on comfortable cushions enjoying the ocean, the views and the sunshine, accompanied by drinks and music.
Mexico Rocks
Mexico Rocks is an area of huge coral heads scattered all over this snorkeling spot - making it look like a Mexican sombrero, as some say the name comes from. Since Mexico Rocks became a part of the protected Hol Chan Marine Reserve in November 2015, it’s become famous for its prominent amount of marine life, and the coral formations has been flourishing.

Mexico Rocks marine reserve entrance fee
Coca Cola, Coca Cola Light, Sprite, Fanta (orange, fruit punch, ginger, grapefruit), tonic and soda water. Orange, pineapple, lime and fruit punch juices.
Fresh fruit and homemade Belizean meat-pies

Our famous Belizean buffet features our Captain's secret recipe BBQ fish. Our chef also prepares stewed chicken, rice and beans, tortillas, coleslaw, pico de gallo (spicy) and fried sweet plantain.

5.00This excursion was more than I expected. From the moment we arrived on the boat Charlie (our captain) and Ana felt like family! They were to attentive and sweet and made the experience 100 times better. The ride was so smooth and peaceful, the water was gorgeous and the drinks were flowing! Ana went out snorkeling with us and was so amazing with her guidance we saw such beautiful fish, lobster and even a turtle! After that we swam with stingrays and sharks! I thought it would be scary but both Charlie and Ana made us feel very safe. The food on board was AMAZING as well I wish I could have it again right now lol. I would 10/10 recommend this tour especially with both Charlie and Ana because they were wonderful and so fun.

5.00This is a must do experience if you want to go on a beautiful boat ride, enjoy some drinks & food, & see some beautiful coral, fish, & rays. Would 100)% do this again, the staff were absolutely incredible.

5.00My wife and I have been on several of these type of boating excursions and this was definitely one of our favorites. The crew was attentive with awesome service. The food and drinks were great. You will have a good snorkel experience and see m with sharks and stingrays in a very safe atmosphere. We went without our kids but would have felt safe with them on this too. Very fun experience. Thank you crew (Victor, Eric and Capt Charlie).

5.00Our catamaran trip with Anna, Charlie-Jose’ with an A, and Victor was so much fun. They are all very friendly, awesome, & attentive. The catamaran was in great condition, the food they served was delicious, and the snorkeling was amazing. We swam with nurse sharks and stingrays. We couldn’t have had a better experience. It was perfect & i highly recommend them .

5.00Very cool trip! The crew, Anna and Charlie, were fantastic - fun, knowledgeable, and great hosts! The first snorkel stop at Mexico Rocks was an hour in the water with great fish and a turtle. The second stop was a thriller - swimming with nurse sharks and sting rays! There were about 30 total at once, in about six feet of water. It was intimidating at first, but theyre gentle giants and it was amazing. The food and drinks were good, and the boat was comfortable. Highly recommend!
