  Fiordland Outdoors were fantastic transport providers for our Milford Track walkers. We parked our car at Te Anau Downs and got the boat to the start of the walk then ferry and bus back at the end. Everyone was super helpful and friendly from the office team (checking I got it right and answering weather related questions etc) to the boat and shuttle drivers. Seamless experience, made it all very easy. Highly recommended for track transport.

  These guys did a great job with all of my travel plans for the Milford Track and Routeburn Track. They were professional, responsive, on-time, and friendly throughout the entire process. They were quick to get back to me at the beginning of my planning and were quick to answer questions while I was underway. Their drivers were friendly and knowledgeable and all around fun (Angelo and others). If you have complicated shuttle needs around the Great Walks, these are the guys to use.

  Booking the transportation to help us get to our booked Milford Track walk was a breeze with Fiordland Outdoors. They were accommodating with requests we made and staff really friendly. Greg, our Water Taxi guide, was friendly and informative and set an amazing tone for the start of the trip. Pick up at Sandfly Point was so easy and Logan (and his deckhand) were, again, super friendly and helpful. We had the added bonus of meeting the ower of Fiorland Outdoors and it is clear to see where the work ethic and customer focused attitude of the staff comes from. We also booked our transport from Queenstown and back through FO, this was operated by 'Great Walks', what a fantastic company to partner with. 100% recommend.

  The team at Fiordland Outdoors were a pleasure to deal with and made our Milford Track transport straightforward. They were quick to reply when we had to change things around last minute, and patient with helping us to decide on the best plan during our initial booking process. They worked in seamlessly with Tracknet for bus transfers from Queenstown and Te Anau. Thanks again team!

  Excellent water taxi service, comfortable boats which were on time. Plenty of time to relax at first Milford Track hut when using the 2pm shuttle. Great communication. We also booked car relocation through them (using Easy Hike), which was seemless service too.

  Incredible service! Our boat driver was super friendly, and he even made a call to get the shuttle bus to the Milford Sound visitor center to make a special trip to the boat dock just for us. You can pay more for less personal service, but why would you?

  Fiordland Outdoors were great to deal with! From the initial water taxi pick-up at Te Anau Downs to the short water taxi transfer at the end of Milford Track we enjoyed their friendliness and helpfulness (and this also includes the Cheeky Kiwi bus transfer back to Te Anau Downs). We definitely recommend them! Dan and Pip

  Fiordland were a fantastic help with organising our trip. Shoutout to Shelly and Jess who were super helpful and friendly at all times. Even last minute change requests (because we had spontaneously booked something by ourselves which resulted in a clash with our schedule) weren’t promptly and patiently accommodated. There are so many transport options and activities in Fiordland that having everything arranged by one company is definitely preferable. I will definitely use Fiordland again and recommend them highly. Thanks for helping to make this a very enjoyable and successful trip.
