I had a medical emergency, and couldn't go. I reached out prior to our date, and they never responded. I wanted to use the voucher for a rescheduled trip, in 2 weeks, so I wasn't asking for a refund. I knew they didn't offer refunds..... I am not sure why.....

When you have a great tour guide it makes all the differenced in a tour. Our tour guide was amazing. I can't remember his name but he was originally from Tennessee. He was so friendly, animated and very knowledgeable. I can't thank him enough for making this tour so worth the money. Love it, love it...

We came to Minneapolis to visit our granddaughter who had just moved here from California. We all had a wonderful time listening to all of the historical facts and seeing so many fascinating structures. Gabriel was an excellent guide. Our granddaughter pointed out that he still sounded excited and proud in his delivery, even though it was his second tour of the day.

This was a very interesting and informative tour of Minneapolis, especially for someone who had never been to this part of the country before. The history, diversity and sprawling nature of the city was an eye opener. The guide was personable and very knowledgeable. I also like the new headquarters at the Pillsbury mansion.

Wonderful tour. Tour guide was awesome and learned things about Minneapolis I did not know. Fall is a perfect time. It's cooler & the fall trees were gorgeous

My friend and I had a wonderful time on the trolley tour. The driver was very informative and a lot of fun. I think the fee was reasonable and the tour lasted about an hour and a half. The Pillsbury clubhouse was beautiful. The trolley was full but didn't seem crowded.
