Our guide Patti was wonderful. I've lived in the metro area for about 30 years. I learned a lot about the history of Summit Ave from this experience. It was very interesting. The use of an EMS was fun and we did see them go off. I highly recommend any local resident to do one of theses tours.

Great information about the area, but really not a Halloween-ish tour. Also, too dark to see many of the houses and structures. Group was about the right size, but if you were in the back it was hard to hear while walking with tour guide facing forward.

Informative tour on the most beautiful street in St. Paul. All of the Victorian-era mansions are worth seeing on their own, but the spooky stories that go along with them are riveting.
