What To Expect
The emblematic workshop of Maison Molinard. For one hour, accompanied by a perfume expert, you explore the structure of a fragrance, discover top, heart, and base notes, and compose your own creation from 90 essences. You leave with a unique 50 ml bottle marked by your olfactory personality. Please arrive on time for your session, any delay of more than 10 minutes will result in the cancellation of your workshop.

5.00My cousins were skeptical about this but both said it was more fun than they expected. We got to smell each individual ingredient and take as many paper samples as we needed. The coordinator then took those samples to help us put together a unique bouquet for each of us. I am now home and wear my perfume every day. I love it!

4.00Lovely room, knowledgeable trainer who could do the session in French and English. Lots of choices, good theory session. Nice to get a diploma at the end and perfume is saved so you can reorder. The season felt rushed for the ones who needed a bit of time to find a combination they liked. No drinks offered, not even water.

5.00Fantastic perfume creating experience with Florence. I learned about the various notes and created a perfume to take home as a memento! Highly recommend this activity, especially in the off-season where it can be less crowded and more personalized.

5.00You learn the whole process of constructing a perfume, picking 4 bottom note scents, 3 middle note scents and 3 top note scents from a kaege array of bottles. The quantities of each element are adjusted by your mentor in liaison with you, and then you fill a 50 ml spray perfume bottle using disposable pippettes. I wanted a woody, smoky, leathery evening cologne and that's exactly what I produced. Really pleased with it. You get a certificate at the end with the reference number of the perfume you have created, so that you can order additional bottles in the future. Great fun, really interesting, particularly in the different sorts of perfumes people create. Very highly recommended. Good value and really well organised and explained.
