5.00We did the "Horseback Riding Roatan – Monkeys/Sloths – City Tour" with Custom Roatan Adventures. Our guide Fausto was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, thoughtful, kind, and very knowledgeable about all things Roatan. Whether it was histoty, city trivia, culture, or just good spots to go and cool things to check out, he was our guy. The whole time he gave the impressiom that we were safe and in good hands. He truly blew out my expectations of our tour guide from my past experiences, and restored my faith a bit in the industry. If you're seeing this, Fausto, thank you so much, and keep doing what you're doing! Would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

Definitely recommend him and will ask for him again for next time. Sooo much knowledge and patience! 5.00After a big dissapointment from Costa Maya yesterday, we had this tour in prodpect today. And it didnt dissapoint! We had Ernesto as our tourguide, born on this Island and telling full passion about the Island. Answering all our questions in the trip to the Monkey and Sloths and the horseback riding. Visiting on the way a lot of beautyfull spots and photo spots! All lovely People here in town and at the company. Gived us a beautyfull day at Roatan. Thank you all! And love to Ernesto!

5.00If you're looking for the perfect shore excursion in Roatan, look no further, this is it. Our family had the most incredible day exploring the island, we booked a custom tour though Viator, which included a private driver. It started with a visit to a monkey sanctuary that was genuinely magical. Getting up close with the monkeys was a highlight we'll be talking about for years! From there, we made our way to Paradise Beach Club, and wow, what a place. The setting is stunning, the food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. We could have stayed all day. But the real star of the show? Our guide, Marvin (M&M). From the moment we met him, he made our entire family feel right at home. He was knowledgeable, warm, funny, and went above and beyond to make sure we experienced the very best Roatan has to offer. He introduced us to local culture with genuine pride and passion the kind of authentic experience you just can't get from a brochure. M&M, if you're reading this, you deserve a raise! You made our day unforgettable, and we're so grateful for everything you shared with us. Highest possible recommendation. Don't miss this excursion!

5.00Really fun experience with Fausto. He could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We had a really nice day and enjoyed the eco park tremendously. The amount of interaction with the animals was incredible. Totally worth the price and much better than being in a group .

5.00They were very transparent with their service so they did not have any surprise fees. Additionally they are very fast at replying so it is easy to communicate with them. When they said customizable tour, it really is customizable. We had Fausto as our driver! He is an amazing tour guide! We were able to learn so much about Roatan. Something a tourist can’t really learn if they came alone.

5.00Our guide and driver Junior was excellent! Very knowledgeable and professional, kind, attentive to all our needs, so the ride was nice and comfortable. He showed us different parts of Roatan island, told about its history. So, seeing Mayak Chocolate, Roatan Rum Company, monkeys and sloths was a lot of fun. And besides, we were shown some interesting points, and finally relaxed on a beautiful beach. All was done in a timely manner, so we never worried about getting in time to our cruise ship. We really appreciate his service. Very nice tour! Certainly would recommend it.
