What To Expect

Discover the beauty of Moorea and all it has to offer by hiring a mini jeep roadster. Enjoy the colors, sights and smells of this pacific paradise. A 4-hour rental is long enough to enjoy the sites but if you want to taste the flavors of a good meal in a restaurant by the lagoon, an 8 hours rental is more appropriate. By renting the roadster for 24 hours you can admire the fabulous sunset sitting on the beautiful sandy beaches along the lagoon. During your rental, you can visit Opunohu Bay (black sand), The Belvedere Opunohu, archaeological sites and legendary Agricultural College, the Protestant church of Papetoai, churches plus many more attractions. You can also visit Maharepa shopping center, Little Village, galleries and art workshops, many small local shops on the ring road of Moorea, local products or discover the beautiful beaches around the island including Tipaniers Beach, Beaches of Tema'e and stop to catch a beautiful sunset. Lovely day out cruising around Moorea. The buggy jeep is very comfortable and you can drive around with or without the top on. We had good explanations from Stephane, who kindly picked us up from our hotel on the far east side of the island.

We rented this buggy for the day at our stop in Moorea while on the Star Breeze and had an absolute blast!! It was such a fun and unique way to see the island if you're adventurous. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We plan on doing this again if we make it back to Moorea.

Hired the buggy for 8 hours to explore the island and had so much fun driving it around! We were given some ideas of where to go and had a great time! If you want to include a quick hike or two, you definitely need to hire for 8 hours not 4.

Buggy was cool and the process was quick and easy. We were picked up at out hotel right on time and we were off in the buggy in 15 minutes or so. If you want to explore on your own this is a cool way to do it.

Excellent experience! They dropped the car off at our hotel and it was the cutest red vintage roadster that was so much fun to drive. The car was in excellent condition. It was worth every penny! 💕

Stephane is incredibly kind and generous, and offered to pick us up and drop us off at our hotel. Would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Moorea.

Had a little rocky start, they forgot to meet us at the dock but a quick phone call fixed this problem. The owner is super nice! The buggy was extremely fun to drive. Very little (almost none) traffic. We had a blast driving at our pace, stopping to take photos, visit beaches, little shops, wherever we wanted to go and stop. Highly recommend this as a great way to see the beautiful island of Moorea.
