I very much enjoyed this experience with Oumayma and her mum are very friendly. I had the opportunity to discuss the cuisine and learn how to make a beef prune tagine. We cooked outdoors using sustainable methods. Oumayma also gave me a tour of her farm; how she maintains it, the challenges she faces, the different farming techniques and vision for the future. I highly recommend this class.

Our family had a wonderful day with Oumayma and her mother at Green Akal. Everything from the communication before the visit to the cooking class and mud brick workshop was such a great, well planned and inspiring experience. The place is beautiful and Oumayma and her mother are amazing hosts who create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A great thing to do with kids as well.

It was my first time in Agadir / Morocco, and I had the pleasure to live the experience with Green Akal and Oumayma, who were very welcoming and helpful, we cooked the famous Moroccan tagine, side dishes and many other things we had the chance to discover in the farm . It was a unique experience for us, and i highly recommend it for anyone coming to agadir very soon

What a fantastic experience. From start to finish. Oumayma and her family have created something very special here. Myself and my husband came for the cooking experience and it exceeded our expectations in every way. Oumayma is a true inspiration. Her vision and passion for the farm and the cooking experiences shines out. It was educational, fun, and very authentic. Spending time with her mum teaching us how to cook in the traditional way was something that we will never forget. To finish it all, we shared a beautiful meal that we had all cooked together. If you want a genuine experience, without the mass tourists, I would highly recommend this.

Oumayma & family are just the sweetest, we had a wonderful relaxing day with them. Cooking class with mum and Oumayma, we did a beef tagine, which was absolutely bnin! We are returning next year as this is a very new business, and I can’t wait to see it grow & be part of it. Oumayma, very knowledgeable and loves to share. I definitely recommend a day here, so very relaxing ☺️

The most authentic and wonderful afternoon outside of Agadir, spent with Oumayma & her mother. It truly is a special experience, much more than just a cooking class. We made delicious tagines, but also learnt a lot about Moroccan culture, traditions, farming, and her family. Thank you for the warm welcome.

Excellent experience! Great cooking class, we made 2 kinds of tagines and 2 side dishes, hands on fun. I purchased my own tagine and spices and will try to recreate the food at home. We got treated to a whole authentic experience, felt the love, the labor and the uppermost appreciation for culture and roots, and made new friends. An immersive organic time well spent, our favorite day in Morocco. I hope we get to come back! Highly recommend!
