The whole workshop was absolutely amazing. So organised and so helpful. Didn’t feel rushed. Would definitely do another workshop

We were really looking forward to our Turkish Lamp making class. Unfortunately on the day of our class there were not enough packs supplied for the class for us to be able to complete the project they had ordered and paid for. It set a pretty bad scene for the beginning of the class. It was a big class and the lady running the class had to deal with trying to sort it all out while we should have been starting our class. It was quite disappointing. We were told the pack would be sent to our home which has not happened and we haven’t got anywhere with trying to contact the company.

A pleasant way to spend a rainy afternoon. Young couples around me were friendly and happy. (I was only one on my own and the oldest).

We did this class for my sister in laws hens and the instructor was terrible. So rude and not personable at all. She left us all feeling very small and awful on a day that should have been so special for my sister in law. We were 15 mins late and I text the company to inform them, with no reply we were greeted with "if you were 2 minutes later I was going to cancel your order". A larger group then turned up 30 minutes late and she allowed them to join in the class. Very disappointing experience given we chose this class because I had done it previously and had a wonderful experience. The other instructor that was there was lovely, very warm and welcoming.

Unfortunately, despite much excitement (this was a gift for my daughter’s birthday) the experience was not a good one. The person running the class was extremely rude, condescending and impatient. One of the people in our party is neurodiverse and the instructor was verging on mean to her. At the end of the class the girls were packing up and the instructor was visibly agitated. Whilst I appreciate these classes run to a schedule there needs to be some grace given to younger, less able participants. If this is not possible, then raise the age of participation to 18 (the girls are 16 & 16)

Very nice little place with more than enough room for groups to spread out. The lady was very nice and accommodating, as she gave us some apple tea and Turkish delights for free! Her instructions were very good for the mosaic class, and my boyfriend and I were happy with the experience as a whole.

Lots of fun with friends, we had a great time. However, disappointed in the lack of instruction & assistance during the 'class'. We were all just left to our own devices with no teaching of the craft. If you're looking for a fun afternoon with friends & laughing at yourself because you have no clue what you're doing, then I highly recommend. However go with the cheapest option as it's a lot of money to spend on an ugly lamp that you will never use because you had no clue what you doing.

We had a good time, however the aladdin lamp that I had chosen and paid for wasn't available. Considering I had booked the class weeks in advance there was plenty of time to get in touch by yourselves and change the date until it was available instead of finding out when we turned up and offered the smaller lamp in its place which we didn't want, not offered refund or change of date. Was given the moon lamp in its place however still not the lamp we chosen even though more expensive. The instructor told us what to do but didn't teach. The hardest bit going from pattern flat on paper to round glass. No tips or tricks given at all. That was disappointing. There wasn't enough time to finish the project at all. Spent way to much time selecting colours and patterns before Gina would give us the next steps. Either need more time or instructions earlier so that we can finish. As for the mosaic tiles, alot of them had chips in them definately could have got better shaped tiles at the $2 shop. Disappointed that not all colours available eg black tiles and white beads which should be staple colours.

My friend and I had a really great time making a mosaic candle holder. Basak was so nice and helpful. We made a few little rookie errors and she was on hand to help us fix them up. We enjoyed apple tea and Turkish Delight while we were working and our candles turned out to be far better than what we thought they would be! We would love to come back again.

I surprised my daughter with this Turkish Lamp making class for her birthday activity (she has been talking about doing it for a while) . We were both completely blown away with the whole experience. We were welcomed in & treated like royalty from the beginning to the very end when as we were getting ready to leave, the "Happy Birthday Song" started playing. There was a great atmosphere (music not to loud & air-con at perfect temperature). The variety of choices were fantastic. Our teacher was clear & concise, kind & attentive. Thank you for making my daughters's birthday so memorable. We will definitely be coming back
