Plan on 14 hours by the time you get picked up and dropped off and to have to pay extra fees that are higher than what’s listed. “Lunch” for us was at 4:30pm at a restaurant/shop as the itinerary is allowed to be adjusted at their discretion (we had 3 different tours on our bus that all had a similar stop or two so spent more time driving around or waiting than at the actual activities (20-30 minutes at each). Don’t get me wrong, the guides were kind but it wasn’t what anyone in our group expected. On the plus side at “lunch” there was an added mini Mayan ceremony that was cool to see and the food was good. Our tour order: cenote (still under construction), the Mother Nature sculpture, tulum beach, ruins, “lunch”, shopping at playa del Carmen (at 7:30pm), hotel drop off at 9pm

The Riviera Maya has turned into a tourist trap where all prices are out of control. I find it immoral that in the coastal resorts an ice cream (made with local products) costs 6 euros and that a beach club asked me 150 US dollars per person for a sunbed on the beach. you consider the per capita income of the place we will realize that it is a price shaped on the Western tourist who must be plucked in every way. I didn't really appreciate this approach devoid of any ethical principles because those who do business must earn but never steal! Adios

I booked the “all inclusive “ package which was truly not all inclusive . We had to pay for a drink package and fees for admission. $25 in American money . I booked the pick up to be from my hotel at 7am ,yet the day before I was told I had to go to the Super Aki. Well it went from 7am to 10am. The guys were nice yet it was still an inconvenience. Cenote was interesting . The Ruins was extremely hot. Plus you are unable to take plastic water bottles inside . The tour guide should have provided canned water for the excursion . I almost felt like I was going to pass out . The Shaman experience was beautiful and the food was superb. Yet I wish the tour guide would make it clear in English the highlighted opportunities to get my Mayan calendar $35 US dollars . Chocolate and Memo were super kind and attentive to my needs and my friend as well providing umbrellas to beat the heat . Memo stayed behind with us so we wouldn’t get separated from the group . Please don’t mistake the Mayan Ruins with Chictza Iza . Overall it was a good experience not for $110 I’ve been on excursions for less .

There is also an additional charge of $27 per person, I don’t know what the charge is! And this fee is not shown before ordering!

My husband and I had an amazing time ! Ezequiel and his partner were extremely great at directing us and guiding us through every single place we went to . I definitely recommend doing this activity, just be prepared to walk a lot and to see MOTHER NATURE 😍 . My husband favorite activity was Cenote , you swim in what looks like a cave , my favorite activity was the Tulum mayas & the beautiful beach at el Paraíso if I’m not mistaken the name is . Enjoy y’all !

First off I only speak and understand English. This company offers this tour in both English & Spanish on their Viator profile. And of course I selected English when booking this tour. However, when the guide showed up he stated he only spoke Spanish. I expressed to him that that was going to be a problem because my mom and I didn’t. He assured us that it was going to be ok, he could speak a little bit of English and that we would still have a good tour. So my mom I got on the tour bus. Which brings me to the next issue. The tour bus is an extremely small, cramped 19 passenger van with very little leg room. The guide and his son took up 2 seats and we proceeded to pick up 14 other people all of who of course only spoke Spanish. So now it’s 18 of us not including the driver all crammed into this van for the duration of this tour which lasted about 10 hours going from place to place. It was very uncomfortable. This tour company was very deceptive. They’re promoting a service that they obviously can’t provide to their customers that don’t speak/understand Spanish. My mom and I spent the whole tour trying to understand what was being said and what information was being given to the other 14 people that we weren’t privy to. It ruined the whole experience. The places we were taken to were cool however it was all over shadowed by the language barrier and just being uncomfortable. If you don’t understand Spanish this isn’t the tour you.

Not the best tour company. They mostly accommodate Spanish speakers even though it does say the tour is in English. The tour bus is very small compared to other companies in Cancun and cramped. We spent $11 per person just for water/sodas. There were stops that were basically just you spending money on souvenirs, not even a decent shopping area. I chose this tour to learn about the Tulum ruins, but got a five minute shpeel in English. We did not stop at Playa Paraiso beach due to the seaweed which was understandable but this was not replaced by any other sight seeing event. So all in all, a below average rating for me. Nothing about the trip was memorable, the food was subpar.
