5.00I had been interested in decorative flower sushi rolls for a long time, and I was finally able to join a lesson. The beautiful home and relaxing atmosphere made me feel very comfortable. Tomoko-sensei welcomed me with her lovely smile, and the lesson started with a special feeling 🎵 The sushi-making process was explained clearly and at a gentle pace. Even when I was slow or struggled a little, she kindly waited and said, “It’s okay, it’s okay.” I was nervous when cutting the sushi roll at the end, but I got so excited when I saw the beautiful flower pattern inside! I also received the recipe, so I’d love to try making it again at home 🎵

5.00I was worried about whether I could make it beautifully, but I was amazed that it actually turned into a lovely flower shape. The sushi was delicious, too. Tomoko-sensei kindly and enjoyably taught me how to use special tools and shared many helpful tips that I had never known before. Her home is also beautiful, and the garden was lovely as well. It was such a relaxing and healing space.

I was able to make it cute, colorful and delicious ♪ The teacher prepared it for me as a beginner so that it was easy to make, and I was able to make it with fun and easy to understand and slowly taught! The teacher was a beautiful person with a very kind smile and the house was very neatly furnished and it was a cozy space I got the recipe, so I could make it well at home ♪ Next time, I'd like you to tell me something different! 5.00This was my first time joining, and it was completely different from the sushi rolls I had known. The rolls were so delicate and artistic that I almost didn’t want to eat them. I could really feel Tomoko’s care and attention to detail from the beautifully prepared ingredients and setup. It showed her thoughtfulness and elegance. 5.00My friend and I had a great time during our lesson with Tomoko! She is fluent in English, so we had no difficulties in communication. Together, she taught us how to make a simple maki roll and a flower-shaped roll. Everything was provided for us, and her instructions were easy to follow along with. The end result was both beautiful and delicious! We also prepared a cup of matcha tea together, served with some ice cream to round off the experience. Because it was almost Girl's Day (hinamatsuri), she also invited us to take photos with her hina doll display while wearing some spare jinbei she had. It was a fun way to end the lesson and I highly recommend it!

5.00My friends and I joined this experience together. At her home in a quiet residential area, we made hosomaki and beautiful decorative sushi rolls. She explained each step clearly and kindly, so we were very happy with our sushi. The matcha experience was wonderful, and the dessert was beautiful presented in a very Japanese style. It truly felt like visiting a friend’s home in Japan. There is a taxi stand at Shin-Sapporo Station, so it was easy to get there. this was the highlight of our trip. I would love to visit again!
