What To Expect
Workshop Introduction In the function room, your host will welcome you and share the fascinating history of the Mozartkugel – Austria’s iconic chocolate-marzipan creation. You’ll learn about the high-quality ingredients and traditional techniques used to make them. Hands-On Chocolate Making Step by step, you’ll shape the marzipan and pistachio filling, cover it with a smooth layer of nougat, and dip it into rich, melted chocolate. Your host will demonstrate each stage and help you create your Mozartkugeln. Wrapping & Finishing Touches Once your chocolates have cooled, you’ll wrap them in shiny foil, just like in traditional confectionery shops. At the end of the session, you’ll take home your own handmade Mozartkugeln as a delicious souvenir from Salzburg.

3.00I tried messaging the teacher through their website before the class and never received a response. Annoyingly you can only book for two people (despite their being six others their), and while I accepted that I had booked two tickets for one person, the ticket said it includes the ingredients to make a certain number of chocolates and not a single effort was made to offer that (which had been paid for!) in order to take home. The second ticket was just not permitted. The class was enjoyable but the organisation of the class needs to consider its professionalism as this is not a cheap experience.
