  • Incredible Experience

Incredible experience!! Domenico, his sister and mother were so kind, generous and welcoming. My husband and I were the only attendees that day, so it was actually really special. His mom made delicious focaccia! We toured their garden (GORGEOUS), got to sample fresh fava beans and herbs from the garden, and then got to see from start to finish how they make mozzarella (and Domenico explained how they also make ricotta, burrata, caciocavallo and provola). Domenico and his sister, Anna Maria, made us dinner. We had fresella with fresh tomatoes, olive oil, onion and olives, alongside mozzarella di bufala and stracciatella. His mom made dessert, a cake with lemon cream and black cherries inside, delicious. And we sampled his mom's limoncello, mirto and nocino. I cannot recommend this experience enough. It will give you a different perspective of the Napoli area. Absolutely incredible.

Domenico, his sister Annamaria and Mamma were gracious hosts to their site. They greeted us with wine and homemade focaccia. Took us to tour their gardens and sample the flavors of many herbs that I never heard of before. After that we learned the complete production of mozzarella at the facility. The final product being incredibly delicious 😋 Then we sat down to eat a scrumptious plate with fruits and vegetables from the garden and of course mozzarella. All in all a very informative and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend.

Great opportunity to spend time with a Napoli family. It’s a bit outside of the city center but the host makes it very easy to take the train to get to their car.

This is an absolute must do! It is far more incredible than you could ever imagine. Book it now and plan your trip around this unforgettable experience. Domenico and his exceptionally warm and gracious family welcome you like old friends, offering a rare and genuine connection to the heart of Naples. Domenico and his sister have an incredible gift for connecting with each person in a uniquely personal way. The tour through the sleepy winter garden was filled with unexpected moments of wonder. Watching mozzarella being made so effortlessly was pure artistry. The experience concluded with a beautiful meal, overflowing with treasures from the garden, the family’s skilled hands, and wonderful local gems. A perfect and memorable finale. This is an experience my family and I will cherish forever (We were so grateful that Domenico was able to accommodate our gluten allergies and make some gluten free dishes. His mother made the most beautiful rustic rice dish and he made a ricotta cake I will remember forever. Be sure to advise them early if you have a food allergy!)

Great experience! Arrived at the dairy we were greeted immediately by Domenico and his family who offered us drinks and homemade focaccia, and then show us a small corner that seems completely disconnected with the city CIRCUMSTANCES .. with a well-kept garden with many types of plants, herbs and a vegetable garden and after putting us at ease we moved to the experience, where Domenico, thanks to his professionalism and experience in the sector showed us the processing of mozzarella, and then conclude with a small dinner including dessert and homemade limoncello. It's not just a tour or a tasting..but it's a great alternative to those who want to do something different and fun in a cozy and carefree atmosphere.

The course is definitely worth a detour. We were picked up at a subway station and driven by car to the actual place. The location is a true oasis in the green. Our host and his whole family welcomed us, made us mozzarella, ate and drank. I can only recommend the course!
