For return, take the bullet train to Tokyo station.

Please note that you will not be able to bring a large luggage that exceeds the total height, width and length of 160cm onto non-reserved cars of the Shinkansen. (E.g. 80cm x 50cm x 30cm)

Please let us know your booking numbers and total number of people before the tour if you have several bookings or if you have booked separatly.
Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to following alternative places or giving ou t a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes. (Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Lake Ashinoko sightseeing boat, Odawara Castle, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Sekisho, Minaka Odawara, Fujisan World Heritage Center, Hakone Shrine)
If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
Due to traffic congestion on weekends and holidays, the tour ends at Odawara Station. So please book our tour “Returning by Bullet Train”(Including the BT ticket), but if you have a JR Pass or don't need a Shinkansen ticket to Tokyo, you can book with this product.【2025】Weekends, holidays and several days (April 28th, 30th; May 1st-2nd; August 12th; and 14th-15th)
We will attend an alternative place instead of 5th station due to traffic regulation of Mt Fuji hill climb on 1st June.
Please handle the loading and unloading of your luggage from the trunk yourself. (Including wheelchairs, stroller etc..)

・Take a deep breath at the wonderful nature in Mt.Fuji’s 5th station while seeing magnificent scenery. ・Feel the sacred atmosphere at Japanese shinto Shrine on 5th station of Mt.fuji. *If you can't go beyond the 4th station, we will visit Oshino Hakkai or alternative place.

2.00The tour route was respected but that's all. On the other hand, although we had chosen a return bus, it turned out that, on some days, for obscure reasons, the claimant did not bring people back to Tokyo. So we were left in a station quite far away, it was up to us to find a train (and pay the ticket) to get home. Since the company knew that they would not return us, they just had not to offer this service that day and we would have taken the return in Shinkansen (which did not initially interest us since we had already made Osaka-Tokyo by this means of transport) or we would have chosen another date. Another subject of discontent is the audio guide in French. The few comments in French (barely fifteen minutes during the day) were mostly inaudible or outright interrupted by our guide (Hiro). He kept talking (in English, with a full microphone) throughout the day, with comments often having nothing to do with what we were seeing, even giving details about his private life. I don't know if it's due to his youth but this guide confuses quantity and quality of comments. The buffet lunch was okay but no more. In short, it is better to choose another provider.

4.00This tour was well organized and thoughtfully planned. All the itineraries would have been beautiful and well worth it, except the weather was terrible during entire trip for us. It was drenching rainy and windy, so we could not see anything. Guests were standing in wet and super windy condition in many parts of the trip, so it would have been good if the company cancelled the trip. Otherwise, Hakone and Mount Fuji areas were beautiful for what we can see. So we will have to do this trip again next time. Otherwise, our guide Yui was wonderful and shared lots of useful informations throughout the trip. We would love to have her again as our guide. Trip was super well organized and everyone from the company was very professional. Other than the weather issue, I would highly recommend this trip. Oh, the buffet lunch was just mediocre.

5.00Mo Mo was amazing she knew where to go and where to take us even though I slept most of the bus ride but my wife who was awake had the time of her life. She enjoyed Mt Fuji
