Feel the energy from beautiful Hakone nature! Go for a landscape ride on a sky gondola then feel the breeze from a Lake Ashi cruise.
For return, take the bullet train to Tokyo station.

Please note that you will not be able to bring a large luggage that exceeds the total height, width and length of 160cm onto non-reserved cars of the Shinkansen. (E.g. 80cm x 50cm x 30cm)
Customers who need each options will be charged more for changes on the day, therefore please select with lunch option in advance
Please let us know your booking numbers and total number of people before the tour if you have several bookings or if you have booked separatly.
Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to following alternative places or giving out a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes. (Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Lake Ashinoko sightseeing boat, Odawara Castle, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Sekisho, Minaka Odawara, Fujisan World Heritage Center, Hakone Shrine)
If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
Due to traffic congestion on weekends and holidays, the tour ends at Odawara Station. So please book our tour “Returning by Bullet Train”(Including the BT ticket), but if you have a JR Pass or don't need a Shinkansen ticket to Tokyo, you can book with this product. All weekends, holidays, and several days【2026】(Jan 12th; Feb 11th, 23rd; Mar 3rd; Apr 29th, 30th; May 1st, 4th-6th; Jul 7th, 20th; Aug 10th-12th, 14th; Sep 21st-23rd; Oct 12th; Nov 3rd, 23rd)
We will attend an alternative place instead of 5th station due to traffic regulation of Mt Fuji hill climb on 7th June.
Please handle the loading and unloading of your luggage from the trunk yourself. (Including wheelchairs, stroller etc..)
The buffet offers the same menu for all guests, but there are dishes that vegetarians and those seeking Muslim-friendly options can enjoy. However, please note that we do not cater to following dietary requirements: Vegan, Halal, Pure vegetarian, Gluten free, and Allergy-friendly meals.

・Take a deep breath at the wonderful nature in Mt.Fuji’s 5th station while seeing magnificent scenery. ・Feel the sacred atmosphere at Japanese shinto Shrine on 5th station of Mt.fuji. *If you can't go beyond the 4th station, we will visit Oshino Hakkai or alternative place.

5.00We went on the Hakone and Mt Fuji tour and I have to say Yui was one of the best tour guides we have had in Japan! She speaks excellent English (that is a feat in Japan as many guides/tours say they speak english but they don't coherantly) she made the site's come alive with a bit of history and some fun facts about the site's. She was attentative and very fun to conversation with.

5.00This tour is a must! Our guide, Yuuka , is so personable, knowledgeable and organized. The sites are incredibly beautiful and varied.
Be forewarned if you choose a Saturday or Sunday.

5.00The trip it self was just fine. A great variety of activities and we lucked into a great view of Mt Fuji. However I feel totally mislead by Viator. They advertise this trip including a return by bus but apparently there is some fine print somewhere that says there is no bus on the weekends. So why accept my reservation for a Sunday and when we're on the tour find out we have to make our own way home. If a bus is included Monday to Friday then shouldn't we be charged less on Sunday and informed in large letters that there is no bus. Terrible customer service.

1.00I don’t understand why they didn’t cancel the entire tour because they knew the weather was coming. Our Toyota guide tried her best to keep us entertained, but of course she’s going to fall very short because all the activities that we were supposed to do were canceled, which made the whole trip unsatisfactory. Whoever manages it, not our tour guide, but whoever actually manages this company should’ve canceled and moved to a different date because all of the Taurus, who were there completely wasted their entire day just on the bus and being told that each event would be canceled keep in mind. This is an all day tour and we wasted the entire day! In fact, I emailed you guys during the tour because of how disappointed every single tourist was on the bus. Again, this isn’t our tour Guy’s fault. This is the company’s fault!

5.00We weren’t sure if we were going to cancel due to the rain. We are glad we didn’t. Our tour guide, Hiro, made the best of a challenging situation. He was very informative talking to us about Japans history. The day ended on a high note when for a brief minute the clouds parted and we got to see the tip of Mt Fuji.

5.00Aya was an amazing tour guide ! Spoke excellent English. Due to high number of visitors during the tour (cable line lines) They did had to make some changes to our schedule which she handled it very well.
