This trip is for 10 hours duration (Applicable only for Tokyo pick ups & drop off) Any other area, operator may adjust the timings depends on how far the pick up and drop off from Fuji area. Any additional time will be charged as overtime at 2,500JPY per 30 minutes, payable directly to the driver on the day of the trip

Weather impacted our experience but Affan the driver/guide was phenomenal. Kind, patient, and knowledgeable he was able to find a less busy route when the traffic was bad due to an accident and was very attentive to our groups needs. Definitely use again.

We set off as plannned but despite the weather forecast being for rain we encountered low cloud and substantial snowfall as we approached Mount Fuji leading to us abandoning the trip. Apparently snow is possible in early March so keep a close eye on weather forecasts. Will return some time in the future.

We booked a day tour with English speaking driver to Mt Fuji and Hakone. We understood we could not go to Mt Fuji due to the inclement weather but were unable to get driver to take us to Hakone despite requesting in writing and verbally. Instead took us to flower garden but it was not until we got there that we were not going to see any flowers as it was not season. The driver was just that and nothing else. No background information which we expected. Total waste of time and money. I have used viator previously so needless to say very disappointed.
