We offer an Incredible Panorama Flight above Mürren - Lauterbrunnen Valley with Taking Off from Birg (2677 meters above sea level) with three really famous High Peaks Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. During the flight we visit Gimmewald, Mürren, Trummelbach Waterfalls to finish landing in Stechelberg.

The activity starts from Stechelberg cablecar and lifting up until 2600 meters where Birg take off is located. A hike of 10 minutes and we are at the takeoff. Get ready in 5 minutes and you will be flying with a Professional Tandem Pilot between the big two majestic walls of the valley and the famous Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau peaks in front.

Pilot met me in a timely manner. We walked down to the takeoff area from Brig. I was supposed to do it yesterday, but was rescheduled due to cloud coverage. I was given choice to reschedule or cancel. I would suggest booking for the beginning of your trip in case you need to reschedule due to weather. Today was clear blue skies. We ended up going to a second launch site where the wind was good. It was awesome. A must do. We glided for quite awhile before we went over Murren. Highly recommend this

The highlight of our trip to Switzerland! There is not a better way to enjoy the Alps. The pilots were incredible and we had the time of our lives.

It's difficult to rate our experience, because our booking had to be canceled, but I want to share about the circumstances so other travelers can be informed. We specifically chose this paragliding flight over another popular one in Lauterbrunnen because this one took off from Birg, whereas the other one took off from Murren. Birg is at a higher elevation, which means that for about the same price as the other company you get a longer flight, so this seemed like a better deal. And it would've been...if we'd actually flown. Our flight was originally scheduled for a Tuesday, but Pablo reached out on Monday to reschedule due to poor weather conditions, and so we rescheduled to Friday (the next forecasted sunny day in the week). Well, the next day on Tuesday, the weather was a bit overcast, but nothing serious. It turns out that paragliding flights were still taking off from Murren that day, and we saw many in the sky. I was bummed that ours seemed to have been canceled prematurely, since others were still flying. Then Friday comes around, and even though it was sunny in the valley, it was whiteout fog up in Birg, so our flight was canceled a second time (couldn't reschedule bc we were leaving the area). And again on Friday, paragliding flights were still taking off from Murren. So two different times we were canceled due to weather, while the Murren flights continued to go on as scheduled. All that to say, this might be the better option compared to the Murren flights IF the weather cooperates. But you probably have a much better chance of actually flying if you use the other company departing from Murren. Obviously, safety comes first so if it needed to be canceled, that's understandable. But it felt like they were canceled hastily, or at least canceled much more frequently than the company in Murren. I also want to say that Pablo was extremely kind and responsive, and we were refunded promptly. When we rescheduled from Tuesday to Friday, he even offered to personally drive us from the landing site in Stechelberg back to Lauterbrunnen so we could make our train and try to accommodate us. It's just unfortunate that it ended up being canceled both times.
Trip of a lifetime in the Swiss Alps. The paragliding was the icing on the küchen!!!

Best excursion ever. Hands down. We were uninformed that we needed to buy a ticket to Birg from Mürren. But once we did that, we were on our way! The guys met us and we all went up together to Birg and then a short hike to the takeoff site. Dario and Janek were absolutely professional with my husband and me. They helped ease my fear of heights and helped me to know it would be amazing (and it was!!!).

I signed my family up for Paragliding in this magical valley! Pablo and his team were great! We took off from a quiet spot higher than the other paragliding teams, where all we could hear were the sheep bells on the mountain side behind us. This was the best day of our trip to Switzerland!

This review is based on my experience with the company. I regret based on weather we were not able to attend as I had scheduled too late on the first day. Switzerland paragliding reached out to let me know they were fully booked on the day I had purchased (I purchased in the evening the day before- it wasn’t a far out booking) and offered to reschedule me. I picked a day three days out based on weather and when I was in the region. I was coordinating with one of their managers who worked with me through scheduling, and when communicating about transport even offered to assist with transportation. While I am upset I did not get to go as planned, weather in the Swiss alps doesn’t always care about that. After the event was cancelled due to weather they again offered me a reschedule but unfortunately my trip was coming to an end. I let them know I couldn’t attend and within 15 minutes the booking had been cancelled and Viator would be refunding me. I’m leaving this review so hopefully you can see a sort of worst case scenario they are still a very reputable company.

I took my daughters, ages 10 and 16, paragliding with this team, and it was fantastic! I was initially nervous, but their professionalism eased my worries. The girls had an amazing time with huge smiles afterward. I highly recommend them for a thrilling and safe experience!

What an experience my husband and I had paragliding from Murren. The instructors were great, made us feel at ease with this first time adventure. We glided for 15/20 minutes and the views were stunning. This is a must excursion to do while in Switzerland!
