  I really enjoyed the guided tour with Valentina! Very quickly showed the whole town and the request was just that. Talked about everything on the way.

  Absolutely awful. The tour guide never arrived and despite requesting an explanation from Viator and a full refund we’ve heard nothing in the last 48 hours. Don’t use this organisation on a holiday excursion where time is precious and they clearly have no control over their appointed agents!

  When we got off the ship to await our shore excursion...Our guy was a No Show! I called Viator and they apologized and said they would give me a refund. It has been a month and has not been refunded yet. All the other excursions were great! We had a great time nonetheless.

• NO SHOW, phone does not work. DEFINITELY A FRAUD.

  NO SHOW. No replies to my messages. The telephone listed does not work. We sat for 1 hour waiting for them. No one came. We were in Muscat February 2023. Please TripAdvisor, take this operator out your list. Definitely a fraud. I got a refund back but no apology. If you have a limited time in a place, you want to make sure you are able to make use of it and not waste it waiting for a no show!

  I booked this trip in September 2022 for a tour the first weekend of December 2022. I received a TripAdvisor confirmation and paid in full. I never received any message from VS tours. I tried to contact them via TripAdvisor, Facebook and telephone. I never received any communication and they did not show up for the tour. I will be requesting a full refund. I have not seen any reviews since May 2022, so I am wondering if they are still operating?

  This was an outstanding tour and a highlight of our trip to the Middle East. Valentina reached out to us over WhatsApp in advance of our trip to answer any questions. Our tour guide was wonderful. Zaher was very knowledgeable about Oman and was able to answer all of our questions. He even brought some cake that his wife made for us to snack on. We saw the Qaboos Mosque, the Royal Opera House, the Souq, Corniche, Fish Market, and Al-Alam Palace. Zaher even stopped a few times on the route to let me snap a few photos. The vehicle was comfortable, roomy, and well air-conditioned. Everything was right on time. I can't recommend this tour enough.

  She is a very kind and friendly person, like a friend I know for a long time. We enjoy together mystical streets and natural beauties of Oman together. She was always on time, well prepared and with a big smile (: Already missed her.

  We were very kindly received by Valentina and had a very exciting tour. She told us a lot about the culture and religion in Oman and gave us insights that we would not have had otherwise. We had a wonderful day with her and after many exciting stories and beautiful places we happily returned to our hotel. Thank you Valentina for this wonderful experience!

  My husband and I have a lovely tour of Muscat from 8am till 2.30pm. Valentina provided a great whistle stop tour of Muscat, including the souk, fish market, grand mosque and the royal opera house. I would highly recommend. Her knowledge of the city & country was fantastic.

  We (four of us) greatly enjoyed our tour of Muscat. We started our day with a visit to the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque where our tour guide explained may aspects of the regilion practised in Muscat. Other spots of interest included The Royal Opera House where we were given a short tour, Mutrah Souq and Al Alam Palace. We had a great guide who was extremely knowledgeable answering all our questions plus adding points of interest.
