What To Expect
Hello Naija Food Tourists! After you have enjoyed the warm small chops, we are happy to welcome you to more flavours. Next try is our own local soul food – delicious pepper soup. We will then visit another restaurant for your savory special Isi Ewu. This restaurant also serves the best Afang soup in Nigeria. I know! You’re welcome! We will explore local restaurants where we get to eat original Amala, Ewa agoyin with sauce and popular and highly requested Agege bread or fried plantain. The tour presents each participant to enjoy 5 Nigerian dishes including the best Nigerian jollof on the streets of Lagos and 2 Nigerian drinks. Get ready to get smoky with your bowl of suya and masa! We only have one instruction; Come Hungry! In between restaurants, the bus ride involves interactive games to build real connections with fellow foodies. Are you ready to Taste Naija?

5.00Had an amazing time on the Chop Max tour. It had everything, from music and a bit of dancing to an absolutely incredible amount of food (I have literally never left a food tour this full before) and even yam pounding! Each dish was fantastic as well— you can tell that a lot of thought’s gone into choose each one, as well as the restaurants that they’re eaten at. The best moments were just chatting with our guide, though. Fantastic conversation the entire afternoon, we felt engaged the entire time. A must-do in Lagos. Thanks to the whole team for an unforgettable afternoon!

5.00Loved every bit of this tour, will definitely do this over and over again. The highlight of this trip for me was the bus trip, it was so fun omg! Filled with laughs and excitement, met new people and made new friends that made me super comfortable. As an introvert I highly recommend this as an opportunity to meet new and exciting people, lol trust me your social anxiety will be non existent 🤣
