The Naramata Bench bathed in sunshine with cooling lake breezes and optimal temperatures creates a premier grape growing region in Canada.

The rolling hills and variable soils with a range of microclimates and terroir produce a variety of premium grapes - Reds include Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Malbec. Whites also thrive in the Naramata terroir including Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc.

A Lovely day exploring the Wineries of The Naramata Bench! Brian is a fantastic host, knowledgeable, Punctual, and just great fun to be with. The tour did a great job of pick ups and drop offs and the snacks and water between tastings were much appreciated (the cookies were pretty nice too!) Highly recommended - we’ll definitely seek out SageBrush when we’re next in the area.

From the moment he greeted us, it was clear this wasn’t going to be your average wine tour. Brian remembered us from last year, and not only that—he also knew it was my mom’s birthday and completely surprised us with balloons, sweet treats, and even homemade cookies. Talk about going above and beyond! It was such a thoughtful touch that made the day feel incredibly special and personalized. Brian has a true gift for hospitality. He genuinely caters to every detail of your experience—from making sure there’s a cooler full of cold water and cheese (perfect palate cleansers between tastings), to keeping the energy fun, relaxed, and informative throughout the day.
