Okay. Three hour tour. One hour to drive to the glow worm cave. Thirty minutes to walk to the cave once tour bus parked. Five minutes at the cave then thirty minutes walk back to the bus Then one hour drive back. Nice driver and tour guide. Tour exactly as described. I. guess that is was worth it.

We were met by our guide in the early evening at the Novotel, and did the tour with six other people, three of them were Japanese, and were escorted by our driver, who was fluent in Japanese. It took over an hour to drive out to Springbrook National Park, and then it was a twenty minute walk in the dark with red-light flashlights out to the Natural Bridge cave to see the glow worms. There were thankfully very few other people out in the park, which made our experience quite nice, with no one jockeying for position to appreciate the glow worms. We did try to see some stars heading out and coming back into the city, but the clouds and haze kept this from happening. This was one of our first tours while here in Australia, and it became apparent that there are quite a few different glow worm tour experiences. This one was a reasonable one to do, just be prepared for the time in the tour bus (an hour each way).

Your was cancelled by the operator at the last moment without specifying any reason. I received the refund immediately but overall we are all disappointed.

I arrived at the meeting point on time, but was told that I had to wait for other guests, and it took half an hour to set off from the city. This was a Japanese group, and all the guests were Asian. The driver stepped on the accelerator and rushed on the mountain road in the dark, which made me feel very unsafe. , glowing worms, if you have severe astigmatism and myopia, will look no different from Christmas light strings in the dark mountains The park does not limit the number of people, causing the entire hilltop and the market to be crowded with people. This is uncomfortable and affects the growth of fireflies. The number is less than one-third of the picture shown.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. She is knowledgeable and a good story teller, providing information about glow worm. She also provide a very good service guiding us through the darkness of national park and point out to many interesting point along the way.

When I booked this tour, I let them know that we would be exploring the area for a couple of hours prior and that we would like to meet them at a meeting location of their choice near the start you the “tour” versus being picked up by a shuttle as we would already be there. We clarified the meeting location and time twice. Not once did they mention that this “Tour“ was exactly the same short (and free) walk that we were doing before meeting up with them. We called the company and asked them about this. No response. We decided to wait for the tour guide in the event that there would be something additional added. The tour guide did not show up between the times we agreed. We waited an additional 20 minutes and finally went on the “Tour“ on our own. Please know that there is no parking fee, no entrance fee and this is an entirely free thing to do. (Bring a red light flashlight as we did) They offer shuttle pick up, but that is what you will be paying for. We did not use the shuttle pick up and we’re very disappointed that they did not mention that this “Tour” was a completely free and short walk where we let them know we would already be exploring. STILL no response from the company (they did leave one voicemail 45 minutes later stating that the tour guide had not seen us but like I said, we waited an additional 20 minutes beyond the half hour window we had agreed-upon). It was a very clear location to meet. Very little/no cell reception. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Our tour guide was the best!!! Mila was very informative and happy to answer any questions. The walk was a little scary but so totally worth the end view. The glow worms were glowing. It was amazing and something unforgettable. Spectacular. Great for all ages.

Great views. The guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and funny. My eyes couldn't really adjust in the dark of the glow worm cave though.

The whole experience from pick up to drop was amazing. Our tour guide Mili was just so passionate about the glow worms and explained many things about their life cycle, was interactive and asked us several questions which the guests loved. We also had the chance to stop and look at the stars and she had her iPad to show us the various images you could see in the sky. Overall what a lovely trip, Millie made it even more fun and interesting and had patience with the kids asking her many questions throughout the walk.
